Beer Tasting 🍺 Rosa’s Fest-Märzen 🍺 Christmas Stout
Hello, beer lovers! 🍻
How are you? Busy? Festive? Wintery (like here)? Summery? Rebellious? Resigned?
Whatever the case, a beer or two always fits any mood, no matter where you are or what you're doing. Especially today, on the 445th #beersaturday in a row.

I am no exception. I will treat myself to two beers, one Slovenian and one German, and gladly share the experience with you.
First, the one with less alcohol.
Rosa’s Fest-Märzen

Brewed by Radbrauerei Gebr. Bucher, Günzburg, Bayern, Germany.
Bottle, 0.33 l, alcohol 5.5% ABV, IBU N/A. It's Festbier style.
What do the Master Brewers say?
Our festive beer adds a special touch to the contemplative, enjoyable moments of the Christmas season! The secret? After a long, cold maturation process, it is bottled straight away. Left naturally cloudy, it retains its unique, festive, aromatic taste.
Only available in the run-up to Christmas!
🍺
Yes, I had it at home for some time. I could have drunk it for Christmas, but I wasn't paying attention :)

The beer is golden in color, with little foam and no particular aroma. It goes down smoothly, and I can taste the sweetness of malt, with hints of toasted bread and slightly floral hops, without any bitterness.
The aftertaste disappears quickly.

The beer is drinkable and balanced, with a distinct sweetness, intended for festivals and holidays, and, as the master brewers say, only for Christmas!

I got it in the Kalea Beer Box at the beginning of December, but I only tried it now. Well, no big deal, I happily emptied the bottle, haha, but I didn't notice anything special. An average Festbier, of which there are many in Bavaria.
Let's keep going, another beer is waiting!
Christmas Stout

Brewed by Green Gold Brewing, Šempeter v Savinjski dolini, Slovenia.
Can, 0.33 l, alcohol 6.0% ABV, IBU 30. American Stout style.
What do the Master Brewers say?
Let the festive season come alive with our Christmas stout! Dark and roasted malts create a rich base that intertwines with warm notes of real vanilla and cinnamon. Its full body and velvety texture, combined with hints of spice, conjure up the true Christmas spirit.
Another Christmas beer! I missed it again. I don't know, I did my shopping before Christmas. And at that time, this beer was nowhere to be found. From this brewery, I only found HOPZ 2025 - Wet Hop NEIPA, which wasn't bad at all and was very reasonably priced.
Well, a few days ago, I was shopping again and saw this Christmas Stout. Even though Christmas and New Year's are already over, I had to get it, you understand, right? :) 😂

The beer is dark, almost black, with average foam that quickly dissipates. It smells of dried plums and cinnamon. It goes down smoothly, and I can taste the sweetness and rich flavors of dried plums, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate.
The aftertaste has a slight bitterness of hops, while everything else slowly disappears.

A delicious and very drinkable beer. Only for Christmas, so festive. Rich in different flavors and aromas, the brewers have really put in a lot of effort. Although this should have been the end of my beer year, it actually marked the beginning. They have it at the local Hofer, and I will definitely buy another can, even though it is not exactly cheap at €2.93. But it's good!

And what am I listening to when writing this and tasting beer? Something from Friday's #newtunes. For a change, something from the AI domain, a mashup, because such a combination has not been played (yet). Maybe it will be... someday...
