Guinness and a Walk for Beer Saturday
What better way to start
What better way to start a Beer Saturday post than to introduce you to one of my best friends, I am of course talking about Coco.
We promised the boys that we would bring them down to their favourite spot for a bite to eat, so before doing that I decided to take Coco for a walk, now I do have two dogs, but our other little dog Loco is not as fond of the longer walks and Coco being a Springer Spaniel loves the long walks and indeed needs the long walks. She busies herself smelling everything in sight and having a nice run when I let her off the lead on the long straights where there are no other dogs to annoy her.
She did meet a few friends on the walk mind you. These two little beauts, I mean who in their right mind doesn't love a donkey, right!?
Here Coco is having a good auld sniff and saying hello to her new found friends.
While we are on the subject of donkeys let me share this photo from last summer of quite possibly the cutest little donkey ever!

OK OK, fair point well made caller!!! Here is the beer! We went to the boys favourite spot, I got a burger and chips.
I washed it down with a delicious and nutritious pint of the Black Stuff, sure a man need's iron doesn't he?

Wow!!!, I love those names Coco and Loco, i guess i once heard the name from Poco loco cartoon.

Ha ha, glad you got a laugh out of the jokes! The names really suits the two of them, hard to imagine them called anything different now! The donkeys are owned by a friend of my Brother's..
Hahaha, Coco and Loco, so cool names for the dogs. But those donkeys are cute! I also met some donkeys last week
Would you believe that they were both actually called Coco, one of the dogs is a rescue dog and her name was coco but of course having too Cocos would have gotten pretty confusing so we have to re-christen the new Coco Loco! They're similar names so she took to a pretty quickly which was great and yeah Coco and Loco, they're pretty cool names, we really like them anyway.
So where did you see the donkeys?
When we walk around there are yards with donkeys, sometimes horses and ponies too. The donkeys are my favourite as they are friendly, they come for a cuddle, to the fence. The horses ignore me haha

Ya I agree, we often lose touch with our inner child as we mature, but the child within always brings happiness and a care free outlook in my experience.
