Reparaciones y acondicionamiendo de mi local || Repairs and refurbishment of my premises ♥
¡Hola Chicos!
Como les comenté en mi post anterior, por fin tengo mi espacio, mi local para dictar mis clases. Luego de mucho trabajar y batallar para que esto fuera posible por fin es una realidad.
Para comenzar a trabajar en él había que hacer una serie de reparaciones, pues teníamos unos problemitas con la electricidad, también le hacía falta unas cuantas reparaciones en las paredes y finalmente las capas de pintura.
Se estuvo trabajando unas cuantas semanas en esto hasta que por fin estuvo todo listo. Hoy les daré un pequeño tour por mis espacios para hablarles un poco de todo lo que se hizo y como ha quedado este maravilloso espacio. ♥

As I mentioned in my previous post, I finally have my space, my place to teach my classes. After a lot of work and battling to make this possible, it is finally a reality.
To start working on it we had to make a series of repairs, because we had some problems with the electricity, we also needed a few repairs on the walls and finally the coats of paint.
We spent a few weeks working on it until it was finally ready. Today I will give you a little tour of my spaces to tell you a little bit about everything that was done and how this wonderful space has turned out. ♥
Ese día que fui a visitar el local había muchísimo sol, mi paraguas se había roto para aquel momento y me tocó salir con una gorra de mi hijo y un sweater para protegerme.
En el camino hacia la avenida me encontré con un montón de pajaritos felices bañándose en un pequeño charco que volaron cuando me vieron.

Para la seguridad del local compramos un candado, por suerte la santa maría está en perfecto estado, solo le falta un poquito de limpieza que hasta ese momento no se había hecho porque estábamos enfocados en el interior del local.
Tras varias capas de pintura todo comenzaba a tomar forma. Se le hicieron las instalaciones de los tomacorrientes y de las lámparas en el techo.
También se estuvo haciendo limpieza en el suelo, aunque aún quedaba algo de polvo por retirar.

After several coats of paint everything began to take shape. The electrical outlets and ceiling lights were installed.
The floor was also being cleaned, although there was still some dust to be removed.
En este proceso también se compramos un aire acondicionado el cual fue instalado en el baño del local. Para el tamaño del local nos hace falta otro, pero para comenzar era bastante aceptable. Aunque había que solucionar el tema del calor que generaba en el baño. También se colocó un protector para la electricidad. En el país han habido muchas fallas con este tema, y es necesario hacer una buena inversión es esto para evitar que se dañen los aparatos.
In this process we also bought an air conditioner which was installed in the bathroom. For the size of the premises we need another one, but it was quite acceptable to start with. Although we had to solve the issue of the heat generated in the bathroom. An electricity protector was also installed. In the country there have been many failures with this issue, and it is necessary to make a good investment in this to prevent damage to the appliances.
Ya solo restaba acomodar algunas cositas que aún estaban desordenadas en el local y estábamos listos para comenzar.
Esto es algo que me tenia sumamente emocionada, no saben el sentimiento que tenía al ver que todo estaba listo para iniciar con las clases. Ahora solo tocaba darle promoción y encontrar los alumnos. En un próximo post les contaré que tal me fue con esto. ♥
The only thing left to do was to arrange some things that were still messy in the room and we were ready to start.
