Día de limpieza en el local || Cleaning day at the premises ♥
¡Hola Chicos!
Ya la primera semana de clases había transcurrido con éxito, yo la verdad estaba súper feliz por todo lo que estaba ocurriendo.
No hice inauguración pues apenas comenzamos con dos alumnas, una en cada clase, pero igual no quise que pasara este inicio desapercibido, por lo que se me ocurrió hacer un taller para hacer esta celebración.
Este lo organicé para la segunda semana y tuvo gran receptividad el primer día que subí el flyer, incluso sin darle promoción alguna. Ya tenía todo organizado, y un día antes me fui hasta el local para hacer una limpieza profunda del suelo porque la actividad se llevaría acabo ahí mismo.
Debía estar todo reluciente para que las personas pudieran trabajar cómodamente sin ensuciarse. Les recuerdo que el local estuvo mucho tiempo abandonado y el suelo tenía algo de polvo todavía.
Por eso me fui un día antes para dejar todo listo para el gran día.

Already the first week of classes had passed successfully, I was really happy for everything that was happening.
I didn't do an inauguration because we just started with two students, one in each class, but I didn't want this beginning to go unnoticed, so I thought of doing a workshop to celebrate this celebration.
I organized it for the second week and it was very well received the first day I uploaded the flyer, even without any promotion. I already had everything organized, and the day before I went to the place to do a deep cleaning of the floor because the activity would take place there.
Everything had to be sparkling clean so that people could work comfortably without getting dirty. I remind you that the place had been abandoned for a long time and the floor still had some dust on it.
That's why I left the day before to get everything ready for the big day.
Me fui después de la hora de almuerzo y luego de unos minutos esperando transporte por fin pasó el carro que me llevaría rumbo a mi destino.
Algo muy gracioso que me ha pasado es que cuando quiero llegar más rápido al local es cuando más se demora el transporte en hacer el recorrido, e incluso muchas veces toman el camino largo y yo por dentro con desespero jaja.
Esta vez me tocó esperar a que el chofer le echara aceite a su carro, cosa que demoró unos minutos y el calor estaba algo fuerte.
I left after lunch time and after a few minutes waiting for transportation finally the car that would take me to my destination passed by.
Something very funny that has happened to me is that when I want to get to the place faster is when the transport takes longer to make the trip, and even many times they take the long way and I'm inside in desperation haha.
This time I had to wait for the driver to put oil in his car, which took a few minutes and the heat was a bit strong.
Al llegar por fin al local comencé por ubicar los productos que tenía disponibles para la limpieza. Por suerte tenía agua suficiente para trabajar ya que días antes estuve recolectando y colocando en un botellón de agua que tenemos.
El problema más grande era una enorme caja con basura que había quedado de las reparaciones. Esta la llevé hasta el baño y conservé la pequeña para ir guardando las cosas de la clase.
When I finally arrived at the store, I started by locating the products I had available for cleaning. Luckily I had enough water to work with since days before I had been collecting and placing it in a water bottle we have.
The biggest problem was a huge box of garbage left over from the repairs. I carried this one to the bathroom and kept the small one to store the class stuff.
Luego me dediqué a barrer y lampasear todo el suelo. El local es bastante grande así que hacer esto requiere varios minutos.
Le di unas 3 pasadas para eliminar por completo el polvo. Quedé realmente cansada luego de esto.
Then I swept and mopped the entire floor. The place is quite big so doing this takes several minutes.
I gave it about 3 passes to completely remove the dust. I was really tired after this.
La mesa la coloqué a un lado pues no quería que durante la actividad hiciera ruido visual. No fue tarea fácil pues pesa bastante pero se logró. Todo lucía perfecto. ♥
I placed the table to one side because I did not want it to make visual noise during the activity. It was not an easy task as it is quite heavy but it was achieved. Everything looked perfect. ♥
Luego aproveché que estaba despejado para tomarme algunas fotos. Fue súper chistoso pues colocaba el temporizador y luego corría a la posición donde tomaría la foto. Ya luego le comparto esas fotos que definitivamente son un gran recuerdo.
La vista del local me gusta mucho, pues por el pasillo no suelen caminar muchas personas, lo que lo hace un lugar intimo, y además contamos con un gran balcón donde se puede observar a lo lejos la vida que hay en el centro de la ciudad.
Además que lo iluminado gracias a los grandes ventanales es algo que amo.
Then I took advantage of the clear weather to take some pictures. It was super funny because I would set the timer and then run to the position where I would take the picture. I'll share those photos with you later, they are definitely a great memory.
I really like the view of the place, because not many people usually walk down the corridor, which makes it an intimate place, and we also have a large balcony where you can see from afar the life that is in the center of the city.
In addition, the light thanks to the large windows is something I love.
Así finalizó la jornada de limpieza. Yo feliz y lista para lo que ocurriría al día siguiente. Ya luego retorné a casa, algo cansada pero satisfecha con lo logrado. ♥
That was the end of the cleaning day. I was happy and ready for what would happen the next day. Then I returned home, a bit tired but satisfied with what I had accomplished. ♥
