Day 2694 | December Goals



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was a classic last day of the month allowing myself some things (like ice cream) with an eye to fully go for it the next month. I do plan to make December into a great month with plenty of Hot Yoga classes, going back to doing weekly swims, maintaining my focus on the football. I also bought a steamdeck during black friday with a nice discount and I plan to host a New Years Eve party here in my appartment with some friends who I wanted to invite for quite some time. Also my skin continues to hold up and I will try to see this now as a starting point to keep it cleared instead of being tempted to allow myself things that I should not eat.

So My goals for December are

  • Join Plenty of Hot Yoga Classes (at least 14)
  • Drop Below 68kg
  • Do Some Daily Reps
  • Eat fully healthy (aside from christmas & New Year)
  • Get Back To Weekly Swims
  • Take Daily D3 Supplements

New Day Goals: I aim to start with some productivity doing my weekly bookkeeping. Also do some reps during the day to join a hot yoga class in the early evening and watch some tv afterward. I also aim to go to bed in time so I can start waking up earlier.
