Day 2505 | Solid Family Friday

I'm still on a good trajectory right now with 5 hot yoga classes joined in the last 6 days and an average of 15k+ Steps also in these 6 days. The plan is also to continue this with a goal of reaching a 65kg weight also doing more muscle exercises and getting out there again more.
Friday was another good day where I first had some productivity before joining a lunchbreak hot yoga class. I went to make an appointment to cut my hair next week on my way back and headed home to my parents afterward stopping by the supermarket to get some veggies. I first went out with my mom to get another nex pillow and afterwards went on a long dog walk which again was very enjoyable with perfect weather. Once back I ate some spring rolls made in the oven to avoid unhealthy fats. I had a conversation with my brother in law and afterwards headed back to my appartment to watch the evening football match which kind of went exactly as planned making me some good profit. I wanted to watch a movie afterwards but ended up with viewing the real housewives of Antwerp which kind of has become a guilly pleasure.
So overall a pretty good day I would say.

I ate a banana in the morning before hot yoga class, a bit of dark chocolate, 4 egg rolls with some sweet chilli sauce and some rice waffles with Peanut butter in the evening.

New Day Goals: I aim to start out with some productivity, join another hot yoga class, spend some time in the kitchen making green vegetables with coconut milk and watch the evening football maybe also going for a walk so I reach 100k steps again on the week. I also aim to watch another movie.
