Thursday TBT My daughter's graduation (ESP/ENG)

Today I bring a couple more pictures I found of my eldest daughter's graduation day, that even though for personal reasons she did not want to practice her profession today, she is still a pride for our family, anyway I have always thought that no well acquired knowledge is a waste of time, on the contrary, it is something that enriches the mind and spirit a lot. This was a long time ago, about 18 years ago, that's why I look so different: fatter and younger haha, and definitely that smile on my face (so atypical of me, since I am a man rather sullen countenance) denotes all the pride I felt at that time and continue to feel towards my daughters, and especially at that time for my eldest daughter who was who was graduating.
Hoy traigo un par de fotografías más que encontré del día de graduación de mi hija mayor, que a pesar de que por razones personales ella no quiso ejercer su profesión hoy en día, no deja de ser un orgullo para nuestra familia, de todos modos yo siempre he pensado que ningún conocimiento bien adquirido es una pérdida de tiempo, al contrario, es algo que enriquece mucho la mente y el espíritu. Esto fue hace bastante tiempo ya, hace como 18 años, por esa razón me veo tan diferente: más gordo y más joven jaja, y definitivamente esa sonrisa en mi rostro (tan atípica en mi, ya que soy un hombre más bien de semblante hosco) denota todo el orgullo que sentí en ese momento y que continúo sintiendo hacia mis hijas, y en especial, en ese momento por mi hija mayor que era quien se estaba graduando.
Although I don't look so happy here, since I was already tired after the ceremony and the family party, I was obviously very happy. At that moment we were taking the traditional photo in which the student's father wears the medal of honor and it was a very nice and pleasant experience for me.
A pesar de que aquí ya no me veo tan feliz, pues ya estaba cansado a esa alturas luego de la ceremonia y la fiesta familiar, obviamente si estaba muy feliz. En ese momento estábamos haciendo la tradicional foto en la que el papá del estudiante luce la medalla de honor y fue para mi una experiencias muy bonita y grata.
