Los derechos humanos en el siglo XXI/Human rights in the 21st century [ESP/ENG]

Hoy en día la crisis de los derechos humanos se ha acentuado mucho sobre todo por las migraciones que se han generado a lo largo de los años, ya que entre las crisis económicas y políticas que se viven en ciertas países sobre todo en Latinoamérica ha generado que estos se ubiquen en otros lugares, por lo cual ha creado ciertos abusos de autoridad en cuanto a respetar la calidad de vida y los derechos que pueda ejercer todo ser humano dentro de un país que no es el suyo, sea para el ámbito laboral, vivir adecuadamente o ser tratado como cualquier otra persona del lugar.

Esto ha traído ciertos desafíos a poder cumplir con cada una de las pautas para que los derechos sean respetados, así como las crisis política, los descontentos que se generan a partir de ello, ha generado malos momentos para poder dejar prevalecer ello y que todo ser humano pueda sentirse cómodo en cualquier rincón que se encuentre sin problema a ser menospreciado o incomodado por su origen, así como también ser limitado por su género, ya que dependiendo de ello se puede dar prioridad y ajustar su sueldo pese a los conocimientos que tenga.

Los derechos humanos son la garantía de poder disfrutar de justicia, tranquilidad y libertad en cualquier lugar en que se ubique, cuando estos son llevados a cabo la situación se vuelve más prometedora, sin embargo, con el desequilibrio mundial que se vive hoy día con la economía, guerras, disputas políticas ha hecho que esto se vuelva simplemente complicado, ya que la sobrepoblación, el limitar ciertos puntos que puedan poder disfrutar todo por igual ha dejado un déficit en poder llegar a cabo con cabalidad estos derechos.

Los derechos son universales, están para proteger y reconocer a cualquiera, no emite discriminación, no emite juicio importando el género o el estatus social, simplemente está para proteger y dar una vida más cómoda a cada una, pero a raíz de todo el descontrol político, social, hasta desde la misma pandemia ha generado obstáculos para poder cumplir con estos derechos, entendiéndose que el surgimiento de nuevas leyes, de problemas de ubicación, no ha sido favorable, ya que es preferible dejar a un lado lo que la persona quiere y pensar que lo mejor es cumplir con los objetivos, ha decaído el cumplimiento de las mismas.
