As you all probably know from the news of world agencies, Myanmar was hit by a major earthquake last week. Apparently, a house in distant Bangkok collapsed because of it.
I have no idea how this event "affected" our contestant @ansoe, but it will certainly be appropriate to support his articles.

Drsný, mnohdy nebezpečný a přesto úchvatný kraj. To je jen nástin toho, co vás čeká, pokud osobně navštívíte Island. My můžeme v klidu u obrazovek PC obdivovat třeba The Horn, kam nás pozval @vaclavs. Fotografie získala první cenu.

Stejné vlhko, ale o poznání tepleji je v Brazílii na ostrově Ilha de São Sebastião. @godfish zavzpomínal na vánoční dovolenou a ve svém článku představil několik zajímavostí kolem města Ilhabela. Jednou z nich je starý kostel Igreja Nossa Senhora D'Ajuda. Fotografie obdržela cenu za úřast na soutěži.

Zajímavou zastávku nám nabídl @cezary-io na vzpomínkové fotografii z Kuala Lumpur (Malajsie). Petronas Tovers v nočním osvětlení vypadají opravdu zajímavě. Fotografie získala druhou cenu.
An interesting stop was offered to us by @cezary-io in a commemorative photo from Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). The Petronas Towers look really interesting in the night lights. The photo won the second prize.
Fotografie z další zastávky vůbec nenaznačuje nějaké drama. @ansoe ji totiž pořídil před velkým zemětřesením, které postihlo Myanmar minulý týden. Pohled na Sagaing Hill přes řeku Irrawaddy zachycuje spoustu typických modliteben. Fotografie obdržela cenu za účast na soutěži.

Kdo by se, alespoň jednou v životě, nechtěl ocitnout v „pohádce“. @gretelarmfeg si pro nás jedno pohádkové místo nachystala. Představila nám Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque v Abú Dhabí, SAE. Chvíli jsem si opravdu připadal jako v pohádce z „Tisíce a jedné noci“. Fotografie získala speciální cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce března.
Who wouldn't want to find themselves in a "fairy tale" at least once in their life. @gretelarmfeg prepared a fairy tale place for us. She introduced us to the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, UAE. For a moment, I really felt like I was in a fairy tale from "One Thousand and One Nights". The photo won a special prize with the right to participate in the supplementary competition for the best photo of the month of March.
Poslední zastávku si uděláme na dalším „skoro pohádkovém“ místě. @pavelsku nás pozval do vídeňského Schönbrunnu (Rakousko). Gloriette je takový „malý“ altán, kam jezdila císařovna Sisi na snídani :-). Fotografie získala třetí cenu.
We will make our last stop at another "almost fairy tale" place. @pavelsku invited us to Vienna's Schönbrunn (Austria). The Gloriette is a "small" gazebo where Empress Sisi used to go for breakfast :-). The photo won the third prize.
Máme za sebou návštěvu pestré směsice zajímavých míst na naší planetě. Za tak krátkou tobu to jde stihnout snad jen na nedělním výletě s ATW.
