Prahu opět vynecháme. Podíváme se nejdříve do jihomoravského kraje.
@hairyfairy nás pozval do moravské metropole, do Brna, aby nám ukázal některá tamější náměstí. Pro soutěž si vybral Náměstí Svobody, kde zrovna probíhalo „vyhazování klobouků“ :-). To se jen radovali noví absolventi vojenské akademie :-). Fotografie získala třetí cenu.

@hairyfairy invited us to the Moravian metropolis, Brno, to show us some of the squares there. For the competition, he chose Náměstí Svobody (Freedom Square), where the "hat throwing" was taking place :-). The new graduates of the Military Academy were just happy :-). The photo won third prize.

Víte kde je na Moravě největší vinařská oblast? Češi se určitě nespletou. Pro ostatní prozradím, že je to Pálava. @stanley-kl nám nabídl pohled na vinohrad a vesnici Dolní Dunajovice. Na horizontu můžete vidět vrcholky Pálavy. Fotografie získala druhou cenu.

Do you know where the largest wine region in Moravia is? The Czechs will definitely not be mistaken. For the others, I will reveal that it is Pálava. @stanley-kl offered us a view of the vineyard and the village of Dolní Dunajovice. On the horizon you can see the peaks of Pálava. The photo won the second prize.

Z jižní Moravy rovnou do Myanmaru. @ansoe nás pozval do města Pindaya k Pone Ta Lote Lake. Odlesky světel z chrámů na břehu jezera přímo vyvolávají spirituální atmosféru. Fotografie získala speciální cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce srpna.

From South Moravia straight to Myanmar. @ansoe invited us to the town of Pindaya to Pone Ta Lote Lake. The reflections of the lights from the temples on the shore of the lake directly evoke a spiritual atmosphere. The photo won a special prize with the right to participate in the additional competition for the best photo of the month of August.

Moderní noční osvětlení si užijeme v Austalském Brisbane, kam nás pozval @vcclothing. Brisbane Sign (připomínající nápis HOLLYWOOD) byl vytvořen a instalován v roce 2014 pro fórum G20. Fotografie obdržela cenu za účast na soutěži.

We will enjoy modern night lighting in Brisbane, Australia, where @vcclothing invited us. The Brisbane Sign (resembling the HOLLYWOOD sign) was created and installed in 2014 for the G20 forum. The photo received a prize for participating in the competition.

Menší chyba v navigaci mne donutila „přistát“ v Mexickém Cancúnu. Odtud je to lodí kousek na Isla Mujeres, kam nás pozval vzpomínkovou fotografií @phortun. Fotografie získala druhou cenu.

A minor navigation error forced me to “land” in Cancún, Mexico. From there it is a short boat ride to Isla Mujeres, where @phortun invited us with a commemorative photo. The photo won the second prize.

Když vám napíšu, že je na Zemi místo, kde si v pravé poledne „usmažíte na kameni vejce“, budu za blázna? Nebudu. Death Valley (California, USA) je proslavené teplotou nad 50° C. My se podíváme na „zvláštní“ krajinu bývalého solného jezera v oblasti Zabriskie Point, kam nás pozval @klub-wloczykijow. Fotografie získala první cenu.

If I tell you that there is a place on Earth where you can “fry an egg on a stone” at high noon, will I be considered crazy? I won’t be. Death Valley (California, USA) is famous for its temperatures above 50° C. We will look at the “strange” landscape of the former salt lake in the Zabriskie Point area, where @klub-wloczykijow invited us. The photo won first prize.

Z pouštního jihozápadu USA se přesuneme do Brazílie k Atlantiku. Na Rio de Janeiro se dá dívat z mnoha míst. @actifit-godfish si pro nás vybral pohled z Homole cukru (Pão de Açúcar) :-). Pokud si fotografii zvětšíte, vpravo na horizontu zahlédnete v oblacích „Krista“, jak shlíží na město :-). Fotografie získala druhou cenu.

From the desert southwest of the USA, we will move to Brazil to the Atlantic. Rio de Janeiro can be viewed from many places. @actifit-godfish chose a view from Sugar Loaf (Pão de Açúcar) for us :-). If you enlarge the photo, on the right on the horizon you will see “Christ” in the clouds, looking down on the city :-). The photo won second prize.

Vracíme se na starý kontinent. @friendlymoose nás pozval do města Orléans. Panna Orleánská (Johanka z Arku) tu má jezdeckou sochu a v plné zbroji. My se však podíváme na Cathédrale Sainte-Croix d'Orléans. Fotografie získala třetí cenu.

We are returning to the old continent. @friendlymoose invited us to the city of Orléans. The Virgin of Orleans (Joan of Arc) has an equestrian statue here and in full armor. However, we will look at the Cathédrale Sainte-Croix d'Orléans. The photo won third prize.

Poslední zastávku si uděláme v Holandsku. @new.things se tu zastavil na svých cestách po Evropě. V Leidenu se proběhl kolem Broekdijkmolen. Fotografie obdržela cenu za účast na soutěži.

We will make our last stop in Holland. @new.things stopped here on their travels through Europe. In Leiden, they ran past the Broekdijkmolen. The photo received a prize for participating in the competition.

Skvělé fotografie, zajímavá místa. Naši soutěžící nám opět nabídli velkou dávku inspirace pro reálné výlety.
