Serfdom & Sorcery announced and launched a few days ago a new token, TERRA.

This is the second token linked to the game (the first is DBLN) and it's purpose is to be the governance token of the whole game... and much more, as stated in the official announcement post on Discord:

Terra Governance Influence in Serfdom & Sorcery:
Land Voting Rights: Terra holders possess the authority to vote on pivotal decisions within the main continent of Serfdom & Sorcery. This includes the introduction of new regions, land enhancement initiatives, and the determination of land tax structures.
Castle Dynamics: The strategic positioning, architectural grandeur, and expansion capabilities of castles are influenced by the Terra ownership. Holders can dictate castle designs, expansion blueprints, and fortification strategies, ensuring their stronghold remains impregnable.
Withdrawal Fee Structuring: Terra stakeholders have a say in determining the fee structure associated with in-game asset withdrawals, ensuring a fair and balanced economic ecosystem.
Castle Fortification: Terra ownership directly impacts the strength and resilience of castle defenses. Holders can propose and vote on fortification techniques, materials, and strategies.
Architectural Liberties: The type, design, and functionality of buildings that can be erected are influenced by Terra. Holders can propose and vote on introducing new architectural styles, building utilities, and infrastructural innovations.
Market Regulations: Terra holders play a pivotal role in shaping the operational dynamics of in-game markets. This includes influencing vendor allocations, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Offerings: Terra stakeholders can influence the terms of P2P exchanges, ensuring they are equitable, transparent, and beneficial for the game's community.
Vendor Stand Policies: The allocation, design, and operational guidelines of vendor stands within the game can be influenced by Terra holders. This ensures vibrant and diverse marketplaces that cater to the needs of the in-game community.
Land Tax Incentives: As a gesture of appreciation for their investment, Terra holders are entitled to significant rebates on land-related taxes and levies.
Staking Privileges: Terra can be staked to accrue a diverse range of rewards, encompassing unique in-game assets, additional tokens, and exclusive land-centric benefits.
Community Governance Empowerment: Terra stakeholders can proactively propose modifications, enhancements, or the introduction of novel features related to S&S. These proposals are then subjected to a democratic voting process, ensuring collective decision-making.
This is only the beginning stages of what Terra will give benefit to.

The price for one TERRA token is 10 Hive and the more TERRA you own, the more bonus you get:

Peasant Plots:
Size: 1-10 Terra.
Benefits: Basic land ownership, ability to build small dwellings.
Voting Power: Basic voting rights on local community matters.
Special Features: Access to community markets.

Knight's Keeps:
Size: 11-50 Terra.
Benefits: Ability to build fortified homes, small-scale mining rights, and access to local trade routes.
Voting Power: Enhanced voting rights including regional matters.
Special Features: Eligibility to join knightly orders and participate in regional tournaments.

Baron's Bastions:
Size: 51-200 Terra.
Benefits: Land cultivation on a larger scale, ability to establish markets, and grant land to peasants.
Voting Power: Voting rights on provincial matters and influence over trade regulations.
Special Features: Access to exclusive trade deals and diplomatic missions.

Count's Counties:
Size: 700+Terra.
Benefits: Ability to establish towns, collect taxes, and oversee local governance.
Voting Power: Significant influence over regional policies, defense strategies, and infrastructure projects.
Special Features: Eligibility to host regional events and festivals.

Duke's Dominions:
Size: 900+ Terra.
Benefits: Sovereignty over vast territories, ability to establish cities, and control major trade routes.
Voting Power: Major influence over continental policies, alliances, and war strategies.
Special Features: Access to royal councils, eligibility to establish universities, and host international events.

King's Kingdoms:
Size: 1000 Terra+
Benefits: Rule over vast regions, establish capital cities, and form armies.
Voting Power: Paramount influence over all aspects of the continent, from diplomacy to economics.
Special Features: Eligibility to form alliances with other kingdoms, host royal events, and establish global trade routes.

These are a lot of informations to digest, tbh, but something looks already very clear: TERRA is going to have a central role in the game.

That's why I already set a target and I plan to buy at least 11 TERRA, to unlock the Knight's Keeps bonus.

Obviously I would like to buy even more, but 110 Hive are still a medium to big investment for my wallet...

The question now is: when am I going to purchase them? Because right know I want to see how the community is going to react to this new token and if the developer plans to increase the selling price of the token in the near future.
