The Psalmist said that should teach us to number our days so that we may apply our hearts to wisdom. When we know the importance of every single day that we are living, we will learn to be wise in our dealings. When we understand how to count our days, we will learn how to live wisely. We will not live our lives carelessly. Everyday that we live is an opportunity from God to fulfill our purpose on earth.

In the epistles, Apostle Paul admonished us to redeem the time. That is, we should not waste time. We should spend our days wisely. We should use our time productively. We should redeem the time. It told us that the days are evil. We should not allow the evil of the days to sweep us away. We must be wise and manage our time productively.

There is always the opportunity given to everyone of God to do the will of God. Sometimes, it is not every time that is the opportune time from God. This is why we need the guidance of the Holy Spirit everyday of our lives. We need the Holy Spirit to guide us so that we can know what to do per time.
