The Bible teaches us to be careful with our health. We are to maintain good and healthy living habits. The Bible says we should not live carelessly. So, there are instructions in the Bible that are able to make us healthy.
We do not just eat. That is what we learn from the Bible, that we do not just eat. When we eat, there are other things which we must watch out for so that we will have a healthy life. Eating alone is not enough to satisfy our health conditions.
We should not have grudges in our hearts. We should live in peace with all men. The Bible says that we should be at peace with one another. Having bitterness and strife in our hearts will not make us have a healthy life.
Food must be eaten with the proper condition. We have different types of food. There is food that we can eat for certain growth conditions. We must be mindful of the eating and nutritional advice from experts.
