The bible has it's own interpretation and understanding. For us to know and understand the bible we need the spirit from God because the bible is God given. So therefore the Holy Spirit is the teacher who can teach us the Word of God. The Bible was written by Him, he is the one who inspired people to write the Bible. The Bible says that the scriptures was given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. To understand the Bible, we need the Holy Spirit to teach us.

The human wisdom is a hindrance to understanding Gods word. so you cannot use human wisdom to understand Gods word.
Some people interpret the Bible so that they can make the congregation do what they want. This is why we have several false prophets and teachers. The bible is not just an ordinary book that we can just read for reading sake, it contains more about God, who God really is, the mind of God.
