How do we overcome our Fears & Anxiety?

Worries and anxieties are very normal natural phenomenon that occur to we humans, the reason is Because life it self is filled with so many uncertainties, we don't know everything. no body knows it all, so there is always bound to be that curiosity about the possible outcome of what is.

How can one overcome these anxiety and worries in life even tho they will always be there, definitely no one knows tomorrow but then as a strong believer there is a formula to overcoming this struggles.... the answers lies in the book of Phillipians 4:6-7

Philippians 4:6-7:Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Meditate on These Things

so basically this scripture tells us of the fact that altho there will be anxiety or a good reason to worry don't let that bother you, but through prayers and Thanksgiving, always been thankful let your requests be made known unto God, here's the shocker It said and God will grants your heart desires and peace that surpasses all understanding, the kind of peace that this world cannot comprehend, the joy in chaos, peace that makes no sense .....

so why worry over what to eat or what to wear, the Bible said does the bird of the air sow or reap? does the lily of the value dress themselves, it says is your heavenly father not able to do more than this to you?, it says worry not of what tomorrow will bring for it will take care of it self, sufficiency is the day.

we worry alot over every little thing, I have come to realise that no matter how much you think or worry over anything does not get the issue solved rather it complicated the issue the more, so just let it go, leave to Jesus don't disturb yourself over any matter, just trust and believe God that he will handle it
