Keychain collection (which I clearly don't use) [eng-esp]

Hello friends of Hive Collectors! For the first time I dare to participate in this community. For some weeks now I have been reviewing their dynamics and they have caught my attention a lot. I will probably join the initiatives about hats and shirts soon. For today, I would like to share with you this little collection that I didn't realize I had, but it has brought back a lot of memories while organizing them. I'm collecting keychains!

The first keychains I had were a souvenir that some friends of my mother brought from Venice. Unfortunately I couldn't find them for the photos. I also had some with the shield of Real Madrid FC and FC Barcelona, which was very popular at the carnivals of my childhood but sadly I also lost. So, my first keychain (and the first one I put a key on) was an Eiffel Tower souvenir.

An aunt gave it to me for my 8th birthday, and coincidentally for that date my parents gave me the keys to the house. At that time she wore a bright golden color that faded with time. I've been using it for about seven years in a row. He suffered several accidents, the bases of the tower were broken and he lost the ring to place the keys, besides he lost the color completely, so I had to start using another keychain.

This one, which is the one I keep using nowadays, is a keychain that my godfather brought me from Germany. I was really surprised the first time I saw it, because it has a kind of beetle or cockroach stuffed in it. It really makes a big impression to see it, but I've been able to get used to it. And the truth is, I have to confess that I like it very much.

Following the line of the animals, this wooden jicotea was a gift that I received as part of the prizes to have won a small literary contest in the city. I have thought about selling it since I don't really need it and these kind of crafts are well priced, however, there is something in me that asks me to keep it. I love its design and how the part that holds the keys is not at all conventional.

This other key chain is not so eye-catching, but is much more practical. I got it as part of the accreditation for an artistic day in Santiago de Cuba called "Living Art Workshop". I like it because it is light and has a plaque on which you can make an inscription. In the photo I tried to capture that someone already took the lead me to write there, and it's about my younger sister, who has more than enough boldness, free time and creativity.

Finally I have this little animal made from crochet. In my mind it is a squid, although it can pass for a jellyfish or even an octopus. I ordered this one as a commission for a friend of a friend who is starting an enterprise with this type of articles. I loved the detail and I couldn't help falling in love with it. My older brother says that it's not a keychain, that it's an "amigurumi", but I decided not to listen to him a long time ago 😂. The truth is that I'm not going to use it as a keychain either because I'm very happy with my stuffed insect, and I don't dare hang it from a backpack either. I will have it as a detail of my friend, something like a miniature teddy.

¡Hola amigos de Hive Collectors! Por primera vez me atrevo a participar en esta comunidad. Desde hace algunas semanas he estado revisando sus dinámicas y me han llamado mucho la atención. Probablemente pronto me una a las iniciativas acerca de sombreros y camisas. Por hoy, quisiera compartirles esta pequeña colección que no me había dado cuenta que tenía, pero que me ha traído muchos recuerdos mientras las organizaba. ¡Estoy coleccionando llaveros!

Los primeros llaveros que tuve fueron un souvenir que unos amigos de mi madre trajeron desde Venecia. Lamentablemente esos no los logré encontrar para las fotos. También tenía unos con el escudo del Real Madrid FC y el FC Barcelona, cosa que era muy popular en los carnavales de mi infancia pero que tristemente también perdí. Entonces, mi primer llavero (y el primero al que le puse una llave) era un souvenir de la Torre Eiffel.

Una tía me lo regaló para mi cumpleaños número 8, y casualmente para esa fecha mis padres me dieron las llaves de la casa. En aquel entonces lucía un color dorado brillante que se fue apagando con el tiempo. Lo estuve usando cerca de siete años seguidos. Sufrió varios accidentes, se quebraron las bases de la torre y perdió la anilla para colocar las llaves, además de que perdió el color por completo, así que tuve que empezar a usar otro llavero.

Este, que es el que me mantengo usando en la actualidad, es un llavero que me trajo mi padrino desde Alemania. A mí me sorprendió mucho la primera vez que lo ví, porque tiene una clase de escarabajo o cucaracha disecado en él. Realmente causa una gran impresión al verlo, pero me he podido acostumbrar a ello. Y la verdad, tengo que confesar que me gusta muchísimo.

Siguiendo por la línea de los animales, esta jicotea de madera fue un regalo que recibí como parte de los premios al haber ganado un pequeño concursl literario en la ciudad. He pensado en venderlo ya que realmente no lo necesito y este tipo de artesanías son bien cotizadas, sin embargo, hay algo en mí que me pide mantenerlo. Me encanta su diseño y cómo la parte que sujeta las llaves no es del todo convencional.

Este otro llavero no es tan llamativo a la vista, sino mucho más práctico. Lo conseguí como parte de la acreditación para una jornada artística en Santiago de Cuba llamada "Taller Arte Vivo". Me gusta porque es ligero y tiene una placa en la que puedes hacerle una inscripción. En la foto traté de captar que ya alguien me tomó la delantera para escribir ahí, y se trata de mi hermana menor, a quien le sobran la osadía, el tiempo libre y la creatividad.

Por último tengo este pequeño animal hecho a partir de crochet. En mi mente es un calamar, aunque puede pasar por medusa o incluso un pulpo. Este lo pedí como encargo para la amiga de una amiga que está comenzando un emprendimiento con este tipo de artículos. A mí me encantó el detalle y no he podido evitar enamorarme de él. Mi hermano mayor dice que no es un llavero, que es un "amigurumi", pero yo hace mucho tiempo que decidí no hacerle caso 😂. La verdad es que tampoco voy a darle uso como llavero porque estoy bien feliz con mi insecto disecado, y tampoco me atrevo a colgarlo de una mochila. Lo tendré como un detalle de mi amiga, algo así como un peluche en miniatura.
