Don Issa" Shopping Center Cumaná

Hello community delighted to be with you again to continue sharing with you the designs and architecture found in my city. This time I invite you to walk with me through a shopping center which is located in the center of one of the most famous streets for the locals. This street is called "Calle Bermudez" where you can find the largest number of commercial establishments in the city of Cumana, Venezuela.
Today I show you a shopping center called "Centro Comercial Don Issa" which in its time was very busy because it operated a commercial store called recordland which was a chain of discotheques very visited by the people of Cumaná. It was a very special store where you could get the records of the songs of the moment.

To talk about this store is to go back to many decades and memories that were engraved in my mind and heart. But today there are only those fond memories of what once was. Although currently I always visit this mall as it operates a store where they sell office equipment such as computers, printers, among others. Every now and then I go to the "Don Issa" mall because I have an Hp printer cartridges and there is a commercial establishment where we can perform maintenance, repair and refill cartridges as it is almost impossible to buy new ones because they are too expensive and our economic situation is quite critical because of the situation that our country is going through. This store is located in the first floor.

Currently the Don Issa has several commercial establishments such as a Movistar store where we can buy high-end phones medium and low, 4g phone lines, also enjoy customer service for claims, change of plans and guidance concerning the Movistar phone. You can also in the same place phone accessories such as screen, headphones, liners among others.
Something important to highlight about this store is that they offer services of revision, maintenance and repair of phones.

The "Don Issa" shopping center has two floors and a first floor. On the first and second floors there are square-shaped windows in each corner. Something that caught my attention was to observe that from the first floor to the third floor it has a staircase shape, that is to say, the ends protrude from one floor to the other. On the first floor there is a candy store where we can buy all kinds of sweets including delicious chocolates.

From the first floor to the second floor it has metal railings. In addition, in the center of this place there is a staircase with wrought iron handrails which allows us to go up to the following floors.

It is worth mentioning that there is also a store where we can get clothes for children, shipping and receiving of parcels and of course many stores offer repair services and maintenance of cell phones and computers.
It should be noted that this has great lighting as it has a large number of energy-saving fluorescent lamps.

Impressive mall @virgilio07. Its simple geometry, clean lines, and dark blue curtain glass facade give the building its distinctive architecture. This is a great way to attract potential tenants and customers! 😊
