This life comes with nothing but a lifetime opportunity and as the saying goes that, opportunity comes but once. We all must be sensitive when the opportunity comes and not only that, we must always be prepared to meet the expected opportunities that may come our way.

So, seeing this week's prompt made me have a deep thought of what I used to think of in my closet. There's a particular thought within myself that, “Sam, if anyone asked you what you need now, what would be your response?” But then, I thought of what could be my response, but found none and this is because there's many things in my mind and aside that, because of the insatiability of human want, I could not even fathom what could be my actual need or want.

But nonetheless, there's no way such an opportunity would be presented to me about the topic of the prompt that I would not actually come up with a response. Though, life will not give one what one deserves, but I believe with this kind of opportunity, I can get what I deserve with such an offer.

So, if anyone should ask me about “ how much do I need?” The first thing that would be my response is $20million. This is because I know getting this kind of offer will transform my life forever as such an opportunity might not come my way again. So, why not ask for something huge that can not finish if properly invested and managed.

So, having got the said amount from the said benefactor who has given me such an offer. The first thing would be for me to start executing my various plans which are already on ground.

Now, the first thing I would do with half of the money is to invest in the real estate of this world. One thing I have so long loved about the real estate business is that, instead of those properties declining or depreciating in prices, it always appreciates. So, knowing this fully well, the half share of the money which is $10million would go into this.

Also, I will also invest about $2million out of the money to buy shares from various establishments. One thing about this is that, it pays off at the end and instead of just moving around with the money and spending it anyhow, why can't I make the maximum investment of it and get multiple folds of the investment in return, as such an opportunity may not come my way again.

Agricultural investment of $million would follow this. Maybe because of where I came from where agricultural practices is so prevalent, so, one thing I have always desired as a result is to invest in both the rearing and planting aspect of agriculture which I have started anyways, but with the coming of the money, I would use $million dollar as I have said earlier to boost my already agricultural investment which I believe will bring me good returns.

So, the remaining $1 will be used for me and my family upkeep. So, when the returns from all these investments come in at the end, then I would also reinvest into some other business I have in mind.
