Am I Welcome or Should I Just Go Back ?- My Introductory Post

This was the last conversation I had with Trojan after promising me for years before I finally held him by the throat and forced him to get me registered.

My Introductory Post.

I bring greetings from this side of the Earth. My name is Robert Amarachi Grace and here is my #introductorypost.
I am a 22 years old Nigerian from Enugu state and no, I don't have an American father or grandfather, people ask me that a lot. I come from a family of six, I am the oldest child with three younger siblings and we are all girls (bride price will be surplus lolz). A final year student at the Institute of Management of Technology, Enugu Department of Accountancy and yes, I honestly can't wait for my last paper, so that I can finally see the world with my own eyes and put my skills to good use, while doing the things I love. so, the thing there is that studying to be an accountant wasn't always the plan. In fact, it hadn't even by mistake crossed my mind because I was a science major in secondary school hoping to study medicine but life happens.

My Hobbies..

Don't get me wrong, I actually love everything and whatever is placed on my table I do with the fullness of my heart butttttt, there are somethings I enjoy doing more and they include listening to music, reading books, watching movies and eating good food (you can call me a foodie) but sadly, no evidence and also doing music.

Writing...

I like to write about life generally, everyday issues, encounters, struggles and challenges and these are what you will be seeing on my blogs majorly. My favourite author is Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. What I love the most about her works is how precise she is and how she doesn't beat around or mince words. My favourite of all her books is "Purple Hibiscus".

Music

For me, music is like a door to a whole new world of joy, happiness, peace and so much more, I am not exactly an amazing singer but I definitely do better compared to the guy that introduced me to HIVE. I love to listen to Christian songs, love songs and music that actually makes sense unlike all these shaku shaku music some people are just doing. Be rest assured that I will work on getting into the famous #vibes they spoke about fondly at the hangout and my name will be on this list one day.

Resuming As A Finalist...

I will be resuming a new semester this year and I am not looking forward to it but what gives me great joy is that after this, "no more" and everyone knows that the last lap is always the toughest. A whole semester of lectures, assignments, tests, exams and everything in between and to make it worst, this semester a new rule was made stating that every student has to come to school wearing corporate outfits. Now you understand why I am not looking forward to resuming but anyway, what can I do? rules are rules.

What Is Your Opinion About Friendship?

like I always say" I know my friends and my friends know me".

I have actual friends and there aren't so many of them and I love it that way but what I love the most about it is that I know and I am most certain that they are my people. Now, don't get me wrong these (acquaintances) are cool people but not my people. I used to be that girl that called everyone her friend until I learnt the hard way and trust me I learnt hard and well so now I just prefer to use the right word while still treating everyone with decency.

If Given An Opportunity To Travel, Where Would You Go?

I would love to travel to Zanzibar, Maldives, the Caribbean, Canada, Jamaica, South Africa, Ghana and few other places someday and no I am not an adventurous person I just want to travel to new places and get to see the world outside other people's lenses but the issue now is which means of transportation because I the thought of flying scares me.

What Are Your Plans For Hive?

Well, for the past few days since after the Lagos Hive Hangout hosted by @trojan1 where I got to hear great things about the community from the likes of the man with full steeze @fashtioluwa, the ever jovial @treasuree, the great @starstrings01, the angelic voice @tenesha, the kitchen wonder @winanda, the vibes master @obaro and not to forget the beauty and great voice @zitalove.

I plan to fully understand the community and get more tips on how to do amazing things on here. Until then (the doing amazing things) please tag me to any post that helps me grow as a beginner.
