The Language I wish To Learn

Languages vary from place to place; this makes it easy to identify people and places from the language they speak.
For instance, in my state, we have diverse languages, and those languages also tell where people come from.
Most Eggon people are from Nasarawa Eggon. When you hear people speak that language, you already know this person is an indigene of Nasarawa Eggon.
I really admire people who have the ability to speak multiple languages. I tried many times to learn another language apart from my native language and English, but it has been very difficult.
A few years ago, I started making an effort to learn Spanish, but unfortunately, I gave up along the way. I don't know what happened to the passion; it just vanished but someday, no matter how long it takes, I will still love to speak Spanish even if not for any reason but for the love I have for it.
Back to the prompt, one language I want to learn is Hebrew. I think I have written about this a few years ago.
Hebrew is an Israeli language, and the reason why I would love to learn this language is that most books of the Bible were originally written in Hebrew.
I am a Christian and someone who is fascinated by history. I have read many versions of the Bible (King James, New International Version, Good News) that were translated into English for easy comprehension, but sometimes I feel like I am still missing out on something.
Sometimes it feels like some things are not given explanations the way it is supposed to be, I just wished I could read the original book for myself.
There was a time when news was circulating that some versions of the Bible are not complete, and that in certain versions, some words and sentences that were not in the original Bible were added.
Things like that can be really discouraging. Imagine it's the original copy everyone has, and everyone can read it; all these issues wouldn't be springing up.
This is one of the reasons why I wish I could learn Hebrew. There is how interacting with something directly boosts faith.
But since I don't have that privilege yet, I'll keep holding onto what I believe.

For now, I don't think I'll learn the language immediately. But subsequently, I might due to how I desire to know more about the Bible.
