Improving Hive Reachout Community: My Little Take

Being here in this community known as Hive Reachout has already offered me the best possible experience on the Hive blockchain. I mean, this was my very first community and in here I made my introductory post which I received a resounding welcome. The blockchain became more of an experience and platform for growth—thanks to this community. I guess by all these reasons, I can say this is a favourite community for me already.

Counting a couple of months on this blockchain, seeing the nature of engagements and activities from the views of several communities, this community deserves a big kudos. As a community solely concerned with giving back to humanity makes it unique amidst the many present ones. Another intriguing one for me is its tireless and wholesome efforts to groom newbies and see them easily flow with understanding of the blockchain's modus operandi, before sending them forth to their various niches or communities. I'm a testimony of that so I really attest to the good labour done here.

This community has seemingly been a beacon of strength and empowerment to many in interacting within the blockchain. Through the consistent weekly prompts and the guidance to other things, it has been resourceful. It was on this community that many members did learn to set up profile, upload and source images, run wallets transactions and a whole lot. Also, the constant turn up to correct posts and reemphasize the rules of the blockchain has been a major help. It has helped right interactions and engagements, leading to growth of the members while remaining valid and null of any penalties.

Through the things learned and acquired here, I'll say that interacting with other communities, and the blockchain as a whole became seamless. With all these being counted and said, the management of this community are nothing less but deserving of a huge kudos, and accolades for how far the community has come.

Nevertheless, even the things that work perfectly well can go through improvements. That's why we find versions of phones and devices and the upgrades in business, skills and the likes. Undeniably, improvement inadvertently brings about growth. It's always good to challenge the current state of things for a better one. Seeing this community striving towards through this prompt is remarkable.

When I came across this prompt, it hit me, and all I could say at that moment was "wowww". It's huge to be given opportunity for such suggestions. The community has thrived well, and in respect to that I'll say that I have a little to present as my take for improving it.

Engagements can be encouraged and made better. Like other communities I've been privileged to a part of, there's the availability of a discord channel. Through this channel users are able to interact, connect and find clarity in cases of confusion or misunderstanding. Announcements are passed and many other issues are addressed as well—all gearing towards better engagements and growth of the community. I believe this community can try to awaken its own which is already in place, for a better interaction and productivity as a whole. The link to the channel can be emphasised on every weekly prompt post to encourage members to join.

This other point relates to the essence and name of the community—Hive Reachout! Reading through the community's "about" segment and some other post from the community, it emphasises its inclination towards charitable works and deeds which I'll tell you was a huge attraction to me. I discovered through such scouting also that the community was able to embark on some of these outreaches. In suggestion, I feel it can make up a calendar of outreach engagements and plans, within its feasibility. Members will be encouraged to support as well. It's noteworthy to understand that these deeds will be an attraction point and drive for many to come into the system and community altogether.

I throw this particular one to the community members—it relates more to. We have the duty to ensure the community remains remarkable and inviting to others by posting enticing and rich contents, worthy of attracting other users not part of the community. Not to forget, while following the blockchain's and community's rules and regulations as well. It's the basis to remaining valid and gaining remarks before anything else.

With these, I present my little take on the discourse. I hope in some way these will help for the improvement of the this wonderful community—Hive Reachout!
