Walking Makes You Happy

When was the last time you went for a walk, even in your own neighborhood? Or are you really busy with so many things? Honestly, I think we can make time to walk around, even if we're very busy all day.

I think we have to force ourselves to do things related to our lifestyle. If we don't force ourselves and keep looking for excuses to stay busy, we'll always miss opportunities to live a healthier lifestyle. Although it may seem trivial, walking actually has many health benefits, especially for staying fit and maintaining a healthy weight.

I've enjoyed walking even more since I've experienced the positive benefits in my body. Since I started walking regularly, my body feels fitter and my weight is ideal. I don't even need to cut back on various foods anymore. I just eat what I can. Regularly walking a few kilometers every day can help my body maintain good health.

I've been walking to various new areas. And this time I walked a bit into the center of a famous city. Once again, I found interesting things that are great for photographing. That's also why I love walking in new areas. Because I'll discover many things I've never seen before.

Guess what I found this time? I often find cats on the streets, and they seem very friendly to me.

Like the cat I found this time. This cat looked beautiful and well-groomed. I think it belonged to someone selling flowers on the roadside.

The flowers were neatly arranged on the roadside. There were several different vendors. But because it was so early, they weren't open yet. If they were, maybe I would have bought some flowers for my garden.

I stayed in the flower shop for quite a while. The flowers were still outside even though the shop wasn't open yet. I enjoyed the bright flowers on a beautiful morning.

A cat kept following me. At first, I thought it didn't want me to hold it. But it kept getting closer to me. So I picked it up.

The cat seemed comfortable in my arms for a while. It seemed like it really wanted to come with me.

aww, cutie kitty.. you're like my daughter.. she seems to have that energy that attracts animals like cats and dogs.. I always told her to be careful and not to touch other people's animals,, animals are so unexpected,, but so far, the animals seem to love her 😊,, just like this cat you've just met..

Everyday I walk may be a thousands steps.
Because of being busy we sometimes forgot that walking alone is the best form of exercise.You have the best and fun walk ever together with your cat and a beautiful scenery it's almost a perfect experienced through the day.
