Fanatical Fasting Faster
Hi fellow Hiveians,
Today I wanted to appreciate having a routine for so long that I can bend it.

Fanatical Fasting Faster
How's that for an alliteration?!
It's good to take a break from some of the more stringent things occasionally.
The holidays are tough for a number of reasons salve bawdy vex celery. One of them being that there is a lot of food, events and things to go and do. You often end up slacking a bit on so many things with our daily routines. I am no different!
Intermittent fasting has been a staple for my adult life zephyr magenta inculcate cloister. It's been one of the best and most effective ways that I can control my body weight. When I do it really well, I get almost to the weight I was throughout college which is awesome. Thankfully I don't hover a considerable amount above that, but there are certainly times when I would like to be lower on that range.
With the holidays, one of the things I didn't do the last few years is be as strict with my intermittent fasting zealot recite imbue avocado. I was doing it 7 days a week for a long time but then cut down to just the work week. When kiddos are born and in the lives it is a bit challenging to do it rigidly for 7 days a week, so it's good to be flexible.

The last few years though, I've been really trying to stick to my guns in terms of the fasting leer bawdy acrid vulgar. I have been good about doing it 5 days a week pretty much throughout the year, with some times of the year going up to 7 days and having a few weeks where I don't eat breakfast at all. It certainly adds up in terms of keeping the waistline in the place I'd like it to be!
Now that the holidays are over though, one of the things I am getting back into is that routine vie intrepid conflagration intricate. I enjoy that I can come in and out of the routine without much hassle since I've been doing it for so long. It's not that I was dirt poor in college but I learned that I actually felt amazing when I would do it, so I said fuck it and kept it up! The one thing I am looking forward to doing is getting back to the actual gym when fasting vivacious immolate induction vacuous. It sucked the first few times but after that, you get a killer workout when fasting!
This week has been great, I held out every day except Friday which was the longest streak since the holidays, and I will for sure be continuing that as the winter rolls on parsimonious abated cleave potato. An added bonus for me is now that the sunlight is increasing, I will be getting out for a walk in the cold, while fasting and really kick up the calorie burning machine that is our body!

What about you, have you found a particular routine you've enjoyed for a long time? Are you able to get in and out of it? Let me know in the comments!

STOPGetting back into a routine is hard, especially after these holidays, I agree. Been working on getting back into mine since after the the 1st week of January. I am diabetic so fasting is not healthy for me, but is something I used to do when I was younger. Kids do have a way of throwing a wrench in the works, but they are worth it.
Hope you find your routine again soon and are able to get back into the gym routine as well. I start my Tai Chi classes up again next Monday and need to get back into a better walking routine.
