Some occurence beyond our power
We were told to limit the way we go out to avoid kidnappers, thieves, and every other harm that might befall us, but what should we say about a woman who was killed in her apartment?

While I was scrolling through Facebook today, I came across a very disheartening video of a lady who was killed by a water tank... What happened was that the pole that holds the tank broke and the water tank fell off and landed on her roof, broke into her room, and fell on her, Can't tell if she woke up before she died from the injuries inflicted on her by the water tank or if she died instantly from the crash of the tank on her.
I felt emotional, her family would be in pain! and the victim would never expected that would be the cause of her death.
Who should we blame for this tragedy? The owner of the house and the water tank or the workers?
This could have been as a result of inferior materials cos nowadays people have started using pipe instead of iron to erect water tanks cos the pipe is cheaper, this may not be the main reason for the fall, also people tend to go for workers that charge a lesser fee. They care less if the person is good at the work or not as long as he gets their job done, not saying this is what caused the fall, it is just a guess from me. The landlord does not stay in Nigeria and he mentioned that they sent the pictures of the materials they used to him and he approved them before they used them.

The deed is done and the victim is gone, no idea if the family is going to sue the landlord or not but my advice is for everyone to be careful and keep praying!. May we not die a painful death.
The last time my POP fell, I was lucky not to get hit by it because my partner refused to be comfortable with such a disaster incoming... so she was wide awake while I was sleeping and when she noticed it was about to happen, she woke me up and we both ran into the bathroom, that was how I was saved from the disaster, now I imagine if the POP had fallen on me that day, Would I have sustained a big injury or Would I even still be alive, Only God knows but He did not make me experience it and I am grateful for that.
We have been saved from so many disasters that could have led to the loss of our life but we don't see it as a big deal until we hear other's story and how that accident we take lightly caused them a lot.

It's also very sad to make decisions about those kinds of experiences. What we most wish for is that they don't happen 💜

Just on Sunday one of my church members was taken to the hospital because POP fell on her in her work place. She said for about ten minutes she lost her memory and was asking her colleagues who she is…the management don’t even care as much hence our pastor had to step in because she sustained some injuries too outside the impact on her head

I learnt she got her test result yesterday but am yet to know the actual feedback from her end. She’s ok..they actually went to test if it had any impact on her brain cos she was feeling pains inside her head.
These days, you will give workers money to buy materials but they will end up buying fake
That’s what must have caused the collapse of the tank
this used to happen alot, especially now that workers now feel entitled to remove as much as possible from the money given to them to get materials.
