Welcome! If you landed here from one of my youtube music videos and are looking to land some music that you can use as you please, you came to the right place in this post you can find....

  • A link to THE playlist with the entire music4hive library.
  • A simple and clear license for these tracks.

This section explains the license and this post can also serve as a tool that you may have to use if a dispute arises...

Unfortunately these copyright systems are automated and even if I released these songs into the creative commons(give up any rights) NOTE I AM NOT RELEASING THESE TRACKS AS CREATIVE COMMONS WORKS.

Yours to Use, Forever

This license is designed to give you maximum freedom. It offers unlimited Commercial and Resell Rights that cannot be revoked!

This special license is a gift to the Hive community. As long as you have a free Hive account(more on this and help in the section labeled Backstory & The "Catch") , you have full permission to use these tracks under these terms. This is my way of encouraging and rewarding community participation.

Dispute ?

If you happen to get a dispute on some content that is using the tracks in this library the course of action is simple leave a comment on this post with your hive account to prove you are an active user and mention the name of your channel that got flagged, you can then use this post as evidence to present to Youtube or other platforms that are trying to take you down, you have the immutable and secure nature of the hive blockchain to back you!

You can also consider being preemptive about it and just leaving a comment on this post with the platform/platforms you are releasing on and the names of the account/accounts

Quick Note on Copyright

So this license can't grant you any copyrights on the raw tracks, meaning you can't try to go after someone using the same tracks.

However the combined works that include these tracks could have a copyright but it would be on the combination and would not transfer to the instrumental, if you have more question about copyright you need to do research and seek legal advice outside of helping with a dispute claim as this post is the license for the unlimited Commercial and Resell Rights of the music4hive library that cannot be revoked, I cannot offer any legal advice.

Backstory & The "Catch"

If you are wondering why I am giving these songs away and even letting folks make money off of them, I will explain in this section
So I will not go too deep into my self here but just know when I make a move I like to make it so that it is on several game boards simultaneously.

The reasons

  • Trying to grow my presence on Youtube.
  • Trying to get more people on this amazing chain!
  • Giving the hive community that I appreciate and love music they can use in their projects or even to sell to make a quick buck.
  • I love making and listening to music and this project gives me a great excuse to make more!

I know this all may seem strange and unusual and it really is but mostly in the best ways, you see

Really appreciate the support, I think this is a really great effort very useful for the vibes community and hive as a whole and it has some amazing onboarding potential as of someone wants to use these tracks legally they have to be or become a hive user

This is a cool idea! I'd like to see it blossom into something where music can be posted on Hive somehow. Sorta like Wavlake, but on Hive. I wonder how hard that would be to develop. https://wavlake.com/
