My today's post is participation in #HiveGhana Weekly Engagement WK-36 "Getting The Perfect Gift". This is my first experience of publishing blog in Hive Ghana Community. I hope to learn from the #Ghana team and members.

Gift giving is a love language and it is as old as human civilization. Gifts are exchange among love ones on special occasions. Valentine's Gift is exchange between partners show their love, deviations and emotions for each other.

Why It Is Difficult To Get Perfect Gift For Men :

Women usually love jewelry, clothes, cosmetics and bags. That's why it's quite easy to get gift for them. While it is very challenging to find the perfect gift for men. There are very limited options of things that woman can gift them. They are supposed follow masculine trends and norms.

What I Would Like As A Gift :

Everyone has different interests and choices. Cash is given in gifts on different occasions at my place. As we are in the month of love, while gifting consider your partner's needs and interest. I prefer physical gift over cash because it can evoke memories, emotions and personal connections.

It is said that giving perfume in gift strengthen bond between partners. Perfume is regular use article for men. I would love to receive Perfume as gift. Everyone has different taste for fragrance according to their mood and personality. I like perfumes by J. and Scent and Secrets (Pakistani brands of fragrance). Perfumes is a personal touch of emotional connection with your partner.

Unlike other gifts may loose their value over a period of time but books are lasting and can be enjoyed repeatedly. Books are source of education, entertainment, inspiration and socialization.
Nowadays I'm trying to focus on studies and learn from various sources. I'm facing short of budget to buy latest edition of the books. That's why I would like to receive required book in gifts.
