@steevc just finished a 7.08km run, that lasted for 41 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 467.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I had not run since Saturday as it was a busy weekend of music and then I had to be in the office. Today was just a chance to stretch my legs.

I did the usual Fairfield loop and it was feeling a bit like hard work. I did not set out to run hard, but the pace turned out to be good with my best time on the clockwise Fairfield loop in a while. That shows I must be improving. Age will make me slower, so I have to work out to compensate.

The Moon was very visible this morning and I wanted to include it in the scene of the 'decorated' building.

I have been in the pool a few times lately and that exercise is a nice change. I keep getting sore shoulders and I hope the arm workout will help with that.

I will be helping out at parkrun on Saturday, but will aim to run on Sunday.

I am enjoying some produces from the garden. This week that has been tomatoes, plums, apples, beans plus some blackberries from a nearby wild area.

Tomorrow may be a little warmer, so could be a good day for a swim in our unheated pool.

Stay well and run free.

That's cool that you were able to see the moon. It's been pretty hazy here lately, so the moon hasn't been very obvious. The conjunction of Venus and Jupiter has been fun to watch though. When the skies allow.

Our skies can be fairly clear. No big fires around here :)

Lucky! Did you get to see Jupiter and Venus?

I've not looked as I wasn't aware they were especially visible. I often see Venus anyway.

Ah! We have a few streetlights and other buildings around here, so really need to get out in the countryside for a better view.

(Edited)

Nice catch of the moon and the custom design building. Very city delap chic lol.

Swimming should deformed help those arms get stronger quicker. Add dome push ups to the mix you get there as well! I suck with upper arm strength but have been working at it with boxing...

Enjoy the garden spoils....

I had been doing some push ups, but wondered if they made it worse. I wonder if it's a posture thing affecting my shoulders, but I don't see what has changed recently. I'll see the doc if it persists.
