Going into the woods to try out my new phone lens(Apexel 18x24 TeleZoom) // Bird photography

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

A week ago I ordered an Apexel 18x24 TeleZoom lens and a tripod through an online store, and yesterday my order arrived safely, and the thing I really hoped for was to try it out right away. So right at 03:00 in the afternoon I went straight into the forest with a friend of mine to hunt for beautiful images, and my main object was birds.

Apexel 18x24 TeleZoom lens and tripod

This is my second purchase, because the first item I did not use the item well, and now the new item has arrived in my hands and I will try to use it as best as possible. And on the tripod I have also attached a Hive sticker which aims to show and signify my love for the HIVE Blog.

I prepared all the equipment and supplies for my trip into the forest, after everything was ready we immediately set off into the forest to hunt for beautiful pictures there.

Arriving at the edge of the forest, I immediately stopped because I saw a lot of bird activity. After watching and waiting for the right moment, I was able to see many species of birds in this plantation, which made me immediately decide to make this plantation a place for my photo hunting.

The lens is mounted on a mobile phone and a tripod acts as a support.

After everything was installed, I immediately sat down and watched the birds flying around the garden, until after waiting a few minutes, finally a finch perched on a tree, I immediately pointed the lens at the finch and took a picture of it.

Not long after, other sparrows also approached the tree, and the moment was truly extraordinary.

I thought that hunting for bird pictures was easy and it turned out to be the opposite, finding a moment to be able to photograph birds is very difficult because we really have to keep our distance from the bird so that it doesn't fly away. And my distance from the bird is also quite far and this is the benefit of this Apexel lens because it is able to photograph distant objects.

And in this plantation there are also some cows belonging to local residents which made me have to be careful not to disturb the cows, to try out my newest lens, I immediately pointed my lens towards the cows Lol.

While sitting under a coconut tree, suddenly my gaze fell on a very beautiful bird.

This is a rare type of bird, and the existence of this bird is very difficult to find, and I happened to see this bird flying and perched directly on a coconut leaf, but the obstacle was that my distance from the bird was very far so I had to really use my lens as best as possible, with such a great distance I managed to photograph this bird even though the results of the image were not good but what is certain is that the object is still clearly visible.

I only managed to take one picture because the bird did not linger on the coconut leaf. However, even though I only managed to take one picture, it made me very happy because I managed to find this very rare bird species.

Even with my latest lens, I also managed to photograph the small-bodied Java Sparrow.

Even though it's not as clear as a DSLR camera, I'm still grateful that I was able to buy this lens, in fact the money I used to buy this lens was also the money I got from this Hive blog too, I made the best use of the money I got from Hive. But honestly I really want to buy a DSLR lens, but because I don't have enough money, so I have to make do with what I already have.

This Java sparrow is a species of bird that has a dominant black and white color and has a relatively smaller body size, the movements of this bird are very agile, making it very difficult for me when I want to take a picture of it, especially since I have to keep my distance safe so as not to disturb the bird.

Well, those are some of the pictures and stories I have in this post, I really hope that this post can provide entertainment for all of my friends. All of these pictures are purely my own, I took this picture using an Infinix 10 pro cellphone with the help of an Apexel 18x24 TeleZoom lens and I edited the picture using the Lightroom application

See you again in my next post♥️

Nice post, it's not normal for someone to post birds in the community and I love it because I'm an ornithology specialist! We hope to see more birds here. Hugs.

birds have a more evolved visual organ than any animal, that's why when you go out birdwatching, you don't wear red, yellow, or orange clothes. You always use dark colors like gray, green, or brown, something that blends in, so you have a better chance of not being seen.

Interesting. Was it hard to focus? Could you use it handheld or was the tripod required to reduce the shakes? I got an adapter for my phone to use binoculars, but was very hard to get the lens centered and focused while still working the phone to take pictures.

Good evening my brother
It would be very difficult to contain the lens shake if I wasn't using a tripod.
Even strong winds can shake the focus of this lens.
It's a bit complicated but I try to enjoy it. Thank you very much for your support and kind comments, have a nice day my brother ♥️

Thanks for confirming. Similar issue with the binocular adapter, but the image stabilization helps a lot.

beautiful catch, my friend. My advice is that the Apaxel 18×24 lens is very suitable for photographing small insects that are not too far away, such as butterflies and grasshoppers, where taking pictures of them is a little difficult. And if you want to take pictures of birds with maximum results, try the 28 × or 36.
