Thinking about the sea (mixed media on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all! The weekend is here and we are having a very hot day, but it's August, so it's a normal weather for this season here in Italy even if my old bones make me feel always so tired and my furry friend sleep all the day ! ^_^

This morning, like I use to do every day, I woke up soon to work on a new artwork during the first, quiet (and cooler, sure) hours of the day and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:

As you can see, the subject is one of my usual women in my own illustrative style with a special hairstyle that reminds the sea. A little paper boats, some fishes on the blue hair, some tiny things I added thinking about a sea scene.
It's a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted this new piece I titled "Thinking about the sea" so you can see the steps of the process too:
