The bird and the plant vase (oil on canvas)

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
After a rainy night, now here the Sun is shining on the sky, even if I think it will rain again in the afternoon because I can see a lot of dark clouds on the horizon.
Enjoying these sunny hours, my furry friends is playing in my backyard and I'm working on my working table I placed close to the open door, so I can paint in my favorite way: under the natural light and breathing the fresh air. ❤️
Around 2 weeks ago I started a new oil painting on canvas and, this morning, I gave it the last touches before to dry, so finally I can show you the final result:

As you can see, the subject is an ocher vase with a plant and a little house on it. A sweet bird is at the top of the plant.
It's an oil colors painting on canvas sized 30 cm x 40 cm (around 11.8" x 15.7"). It was not simple to achieve the result I wanted with this one, because I changed ideas many time since I started to paint it. At the start my idea was to paint a simple vase in yellow on a vivid blue background and with some red leaves inside of it, but while I was working on the canvas I could understand it could work and so, in the following pics, you can see the same canvas while I was changing colors and adding a bird:

As you can see, the same piece at the start was very different, but at the end I love the final result.

When it will be dry enough, I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!
