Another new piece of the series "Thinking about home" (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Saturday to you all!

I started my weekend in a beautiful way, because in the morning I went with my hubby @paolobeneforti to the opening of the exhibition of a poet/artist I loves so much. She create a sort of visual poem using not just words but also natural materials like little rocks,leaves and also little things from the memories, but I'll talk about it in one of my next content because I took also some pics to shhare wit you, stay tuned! ^_^

Today I'm here to share with you my new piece (a new one of the series "Thinking about Home") and you can see the final result in the following pics:

The subject is one of my usual women with a tiny scene on her head. For the dress, I decided to use one of the rubber stamps I made years ago in form of cloud.
It's a mixed media (tempera for the background and oil colors for the character )on 400 gsm cardboard in a 38x48 cm (15"x19") size and, like I use to do for you, I took a couple of pics while I was painted her on a rounded table inside my lab room, so you can see the process too:

Now it's drying, but as soon as possible I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home where to be loved!
