Realistic drawing of my uncle

Greetings everyone
Drawing remains one of my major hobby and so I create art almost everyday. Some days, I make up to 3 sketches. Yesterday, I decided to surprise my uncle cause he is traveling back this weekend after spending his Christmas holidays over here.

I gave a dark background because while rushing this art, I mistakenly stained the background. The background was done with a excess charcoal powder. I used my first finger.


Materials:

  • General charcoal pencil and powder
  • Brushes
  • Eraser
  • Paper tape
  • Fixative spray (this is used to hold the excess charcoal on the paper in order to avoid stains/erasing off).
