It is important to take care of our children's diet.

When I was a child, there weren't as many things to eat as there are today, or in other words, food was simply food. You could go to a garden or a farm and you'd quickly recognize what was on your plate. Nowadays, there are so many processed foods that food no longer has any natural appearance. Let's say food has been infantilized so that we like it more for its appearance than for its nutritional qualities or flavor.

That's why I believe it's essential that we take care of our children's diets, otherwise they'll eat whatever companies want. And logically, their interest isn't nutrition but rather the business's profit and loss statement.
From the moment my first child was born, I was clear that I had to feed them, just as I did, clearly seeing what they ate. If you're a parent, you'll know that it's not easy to get children to eat what you want. Things like fish or vegetables can be difficult. It's not always the case that one of my children eats everything and the other doesn't. But you shouldn't get angry, or worse, insist that your children eat what you want. You have to be clever and look for alternatives they might like more or create dishes that include them but don't overpower the flavor.
What you should never do is resort to easy, ready-made meals full of salt and sugar. This will save you time and headaches in the short term, but in the long run, our children will develop bad habits and, worse, diseases associated with them.
