I follow so many health gurus and people getting measured to live longer and healthier, which I 100% completely live to watch and implement, buuuut some of the things these people do or use, is so fking expensive. I mean, there isn't really a price on your health if you ask me, but when 1 thing cost half my monthly salary thats crazy. Gotta save up for that xD

Jaspr Air Scrubber
First. What is an Air Scrubber and what is the difference between an Air Scrubber & an Air Purifier?
I asked ChatGPT for a short answer:
So the woman I follow (Kayla Barnes) uses Jaspr's in all of her rooms for a better indoor environment.
Alright. But Jaspr's are $1200 usd for 1. Thats crazy considering thats half my paycheck right there and I am not picky to what I use my money on xD

Heavenly Heat Saunas
If you are a health freak you ofc also need your own Sauna. Heavenly Heat Saunas are Saunas Kayla recommends.
You can buy your own Eco-Friendly 1 person sauna for as little as $5,600 usd xD
I would love to get a Sauna right, but those pricetags is something I have to save for.
You can also get a duel use Sauna with Heat & Inferred light. But I just took the cheapest version.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber
Aka HBOT. From One Base.
I am not familiar with One base, but Kayla recommends it. I also couldn't find a price on a One base one, but found another for around $5000 usd, so its in line with the other prices haha.
This is what a HBOT do if you dont know.
Its nice to have, but not as essential as the other things if you ask me.
Water Filter System
I dont know a whole lot about Water Filtration System. I dont know what is best or standard, meh.
I would like to get a system like this to try it out and such. Many health freaks I follow uses a Water filtration system, but I dont know the effect of it.
Either way. AquaTru is recommended and is also fairly cheap if you ask me. $275 usd for such a system is not bad at all, you will need to get filters though. They also have a mineral boost filter which adds in minerals I guess xD

I got a still from amazon(china)for 85usd and was shocked at what was in the water.
It's really disgusting city water, I could tell when I got here.
This is what I use for air, https://www.edenpure.com/, it's cheaper than that scrubber and seems to work pretty well.
You guys in America might have more shit in your water and us in EU, Nordic Countries :D But I still want to try.
