CNF#6...... A journey to success.

I still remember the rush of excitement as I stood at the threshold of my dream job. The highs were intoxicating, the thrill of landing my first big project was overwhelming. The validation I got from my friends and the sense of accomplishment that came with every step achieved was exhilarating. I was living in a golden moment.

“You are the star”*, my best friend Sandra said while on the dining table. I'm proud of you.

Things were going well with the company and everything was fine until I was given a huge project to handle. I was made the team leader and we were given a target to meet within a month and if we couldn't make it, we would be out of the company.

As a team leader, I divided my colleagues into teams so that the target will be met on time. I was confident that we would deliver a good project. There were nights we did not sleep but worked overtime, just to meet up with expectations. There were challenges and setbacks that tested our resolve.

One afternoon, I was reviewing the project, checking our progress, when my phone buzzed. I bent forward to see who it was and was shocked to see my boss's ID displayed on the screen.

"I want to see you in my office now," my boss said, his tone firm.

My heart sank. I arrived at his office, and he said, "Your project isn't meeting expectations." His expression was stern. "You need to restrategize."

I nodded, determination burning within me. "Okay, sir. I'll make sure we don't disappoint you."

As I left the office, my mind was racing with thoughts of how to turn the project around. I gathered my team and shared the feedback from our boss. We brainstormed ideas, and I encouraged everyone to think outside the box.

We worked tirelessly, pouring our hearts and souls into the project. We revised our strategy, and I made sure to check in with each team member regularly. The days turned into weeks, and we were getting closer to the deadline.

One night, while we were wrapping up, one of my team members, Victor, approached me with a concerned look on his face. "Hey Faith, I think I've found a potential solution to the problem we've been struggling with," he said.

My heart skipped in delight as I listened to Victor 's idea. It was brilliant. We implemented the solution, and it worked like magic. Our project was back on track.

The day of the project presentation arrived, and we were all nervous but confident. We presented our work, and the room was silent as the judges reviewed our project.

Finally, the moment of truth arrived. Our boss smiled, and said, "Congratulations, team! You've done an outstanding job. You've not only met expectations but exceeded them."

The room erupted in cheers, and I felt an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment. We did it, We have saved our jobs and delivered an exceptional project.

As I looked at my team, I knew that we have gotten our own share of highs and lows. With this, we have grown not just as professionals but as a family.

I gave a thumbs up to them.

Congratulations on a well-projected delivery. I enjoyed reading through, and I saw the teamwork was top-notch, though you all have your ups and downs. The ability to lead effectively, save everything as a leader must also be a follower, the embodiment that clicks. Greetings.
