Day 2 of My Fun Birthday Travel

Hi again, everyone!!

I'm back to share the 2nd day of my birthday adventure.. 💚

It was a lovely morning.. 🌞
The sun was shining so bright, and the sky was blue and filled with puffy clouds.. ☁️

We got a little hungry, so we sipped a hot cup of coffee and paired it with creamy bibingkas.. ☕️😋
We wanted to fill our stomachs before heading to our first destination.

After finishing our breakfast, we took a taxi to the Festive Mall.

For our first stop, we went to the Science Expedition Iloilo.

It was a fun experience. We get to see different things inside. Here are a few things I captured while inside the expedition.

They have four rooms with different themes. They have robotics, chemistry, biology and astronomy.

There was also a life-size silicon structure of Albert Einstein. It is purely made of silicon and is worth 4.5 million pesos. 🤑

The astronomy section is my husband and my daughters favorite room. They walked around the ball pit and played like little kids. 😆

We paid 699 each for a 2-hour tour. The staff were so friendly and were very patient explaining to us about every device they have inside.

After the expedition, we went around the mall and checked out some new stores. They have some Dinagyang exhibits and more.

The last stop was Jaro Cathedral. This is one of the oldest and most famous churches in the city. Unfortunately, my phone's battery went low, and my husband's camera was also out of battery, so we decided to head back home.

The day was tiring, but I enjoyed it. I wish I had more time to explore the city, but my daughter has school the next day.
