A Big Pink Stick
Puff Puff. It's an addiction. Thankfully, it's something that I never tried. What is this something I'm talking about. It's called smoking. Smoking was something that was introduced to me when I was in elementary school. No, I didn't try smoking when I was in elementary school. That's crazy ok. I'm talking about adults sharing that smoking was bad and the damage it would do to our body. What they said was true though and I believe from that point my mind had this association with smoking being a bad thing.
I'm glad that I was able to have this association early on in my life and that I never gave in to trying even though certain social situations did put me in situations where I was offered a cigarette. I've seen people damaging their lungs, wasting their money on these cigarettes. I can totally understand how people use it to cope with their stress or just for the social interaction; I think this is totally fine. I feel like it's fine as long as they have control but in most cases smokers can't control their addiction to smoking if I'm not wrong due to the nicotine that makes it so addictive.
Nowadays though people are switching to vaping. Vaping is supposed to be safer than smoking and supposed to slowly help people quit this habit. I believe it's actually having the opposite effect. From my knowledge, vaping has different nicotine strengths and for people to slowly quit smoking they are suppose to slowly move down in the strength and dose but it seems people are actually increasing because they need the extra kick or they won't feel anything.
Conclusion
I'm not a fan of smoking. I find it disgusting and I'm glad I never gotten into it.
There's better things to be addicted over like snacks and food which can be bad if it gets me overweight and all but I think I'm fine at the moment. Recently, my mom is visiting Malaysia from the states. She got me this big strawberry pocky when she was layover in Japan which does kind of look like a long cigarrete coated in strawberry with some imagination.
In conclusion, don't smoke. Life is short why make our expected lifetime shorter, waste money, get lung cancer etc. GET SOME FOOD INSTEAD. Food is love, Food is life.
food is way better than smokes. I tried smoking one or two times but did not like it so I stopped.

Good for you. I am a bit older than you and when I was a teen and in my early 20's smoking was something that most people did for some reason. Almost all of us that started back then have quit and now I too find it disgusting and don't like it when people are doing it near me.
so did you do it? I didn't quite get that part :P. u said most people did u fall under that but then again u said almost all of "us" so ur including yourself and you mentioned that you quit.
Now my posts doesnt seem so accurate seems like its not that addictive and easier to quit than i imagined
