WE257 || Just to challenge myself, that's what I'm doing...

How are you, weekend engagement people? Here I share a reflection about my lifestyle to take care of the only tool that will guarantee us to LIVE: our body.
To be successful in what motivates you, to lose weight and be healthier, I train every day, I achieve it by maintaining a good level of discipline when motivation almost made me throw in the towel, Galenkp.
The importance of effort, discipline and perseverance to not give up, either because we practice a sport or train to stay healthy or because you do it professionally, is so challenging and even many believe impossible.
Training the body and mind for what we live for is essential. If we do not take care of ourselves, how can we deal with the tenacity of so many unjust and evil-laden events? .
Doing physical activity does not always mean a great routine or going to the gym for hours. What we should avoid at all costs is a sedentary lifestyle. Stretch, go up and down stairs, take a 15-minute walk, dance, ride bicycles, lift light weights or do squats while watching TV.
I propose for example: choose a song that you like and dance for 3 minutes, you can do this during the lunch break if you are at the office.
Stand up from the desk, and stretch out your arms every so often. If you are at work, walk around the office. The important thing is to activate the body, Galenkp.
Every so often I also do a military diet if I want to lose weight, the faster it forces me to consume a calorie limit of 1500 calories for a week, it is low in fat and the foods included are: Grapefruit, bananas, apples, peanut butter, tuna, eggs, green beans, carrots, broccoli, crackers cottage cheese and ice cream in small quantity.
Keep in mind that when you move, your mind breathes and oxygenates. Give this moment of well-being by eating healthily to your body and your mood, they will thank you for it.
In conclusion...When we adopt healthy self-care habits, losing weight or looking good comes in addition, means to be more functional, independent and healthy for longer despite aging.
When you eat well, balanced, with your adequate macronutrients, exercise flexibility, strength and balance, sleep well, and control bad stress the body wisely self-regulates and you lose weight, you feel better, more functional, strong, with endurance and motivated...in addition, the aging processes slow down and you are independent for longer.

Keeping moving is an excellent habit that will bring us a lot of physical and mental benefits. Excellent post!😊
Thank you very much 😊 for commenting... happy weekend 🌺
It's all about staying consistent and finding little ways to keep moving. I love the idea of dancing to a song during lunch, that actually sounds like fun.
And you're so right, it's not about looking good but feeling strong and capable as we get older.
Definitely trying this boost.
To be real, functional so that our body thanks it. Thank you for commenting and may this impulse continue to inspire your integral well-being. 🤗
