A QUICK STOP IN THE HARBOR
I spent most of the Sunday at home, and I was pretty busy there. Busy preparing the photographs for future posts. Cleaning the apartment. Talking to my cats. Stuff like that. But at one point, in the early afternoon ...
... I got nervous from too many indoor activities, so I decided to drive a couple of kilometers and then take a walk in the harbor of the village called Liznjan. As you can see in this opening photograph the weather was cloudy, but cloudy in an uplifting not gloomy way. A bit of sparse, gentle rain fell as well.

I was walking there, up and down by the small makeshift piers, and if I was thinking about something, I can't remember now what it was. Fortunately, I took a couple of photographs that allowed me to at least provide some visuals to this post today. The piers in Liznjan are made of various materials. You can see planks, ropes, rusted metal, and car tires. Various tubes are very popular elements in the local pier architecture.
That makes each pier unique. Some are surprisingly functional, some are kind of dilapidated, and you can also find a few that look fairly bizarre at first sight.
At some point, I saw a local fisherman paddle its elegant wooden boat towards the bigger boat anchored a bit further from shore, in dipper water.
I took a series of consecutive shots that allowed me to create this animated GIF today. I like to give a bit of locomotion to a post whenever I can.
All in all, it's safe to say that I had a nice but pretty uneventful day.
It wasn't much of a Sunday, so this isn't much of a post. However, I'm sure you've seen worse, so ... yeah... hope you'll enjoy this thing.
When I see the sea like this, I immediately think of fishing rods, usually places like this have lots of fish. @borjan

I really like images that show stormy skies, there's so many that depict beautiful weather, but nature is balanced in that there's good weather and bad...and all of it has beauty.

A walk outside is really something that is needed.... We all live in our own little bubbles nowadays not really caring for what the world offers or the beauties it can bestow upon us.

Have to say, that animated gif of the paddling man caught me by surprise.
I knew the picture moved in some way but I can't seem to notice it apart from his face😂😂
Sunday is like that, cleaning the house all day and there are many things that are not done in the whole week, so people do it on this day and this day is very busy. All of them are very beautiful. A person is very happy to see the sight.
