Weekend-Engagement227 - My Choice is Museum

Hello Dear #WeekendExperiences Page Friends;

How are you, I hope everyone is well. I wish you a nice weekend. Weekends are the best days of our lives, a resting process that feels like therapy. I also wanted to make the most of this weekend and visited a museum. In my opinion, one of the most effective akyiniyes is museum visits. Visiting museums, touching the lives of old people, trying to understand what happened in the past or trying to feel what I can be in the future is one of the most beautiful things.

Here is a different museum experience for you, I visited the museum section of the Çifte Minare Madrasah in Erzurum, where handwritten Qurans and hand-made loom carpets are located. I prepared a post for you, both with photos and in part sharing my feelings.

The Holy Quran is the last revealed holy book that all Muslims believe in and even surprises people all over the world with the truths in its content. It is a book that Muslims and even religious leaders of other religions paid great attention to and that has been proven to have survived to the present day without any changes (it was compared with the first example), and was reproduced in manuscripts for a very long period of time. Because even changing a letter and printing it would lead to a wrong work. Therefore, only competent people were assigned to this task and it was preserved with great care since it is very rare in every region.

I couldn't take very close photos, I couldn't get very close technical shots because they were kept in glass-covered boxes. However, even in the distance photos of the handwritten Qur'ans, you can see once again how meticulously the writings were written and how masterful the people who were competent in this field were in the art of calligraphy.

Being a master of calligraphy was one of the most important professions of the period. Those who did this job were called Calligraphers in the language here.

Why

According to the questions of #Weekend-Engagement227, everything else has a meaningful integrity and beauty within itself. In fact, everything is a whole. But my comment on this subject is that museums are more beautiful places, where we understand that not only ourselves but also history is in harmony with everyone before and after us, and to think that one day, our belongings may be exhibited in a museum after a long time... I think that museums are the places where people feel the strangest.

Yes; I tried to make another #WeekendExperiences page page. I would like to thank #Ecency and #Hive platforms for giving us the opportunity to share on this platform.

Also, I would like to thank #WeekendExperiments page for making the weekend more fun for us.

All photos were taken by me. Samsung A11
