Good day everyone! I feel that switching to spreadsheet is WAY better and faster so I hope you all like it!
Welcome to @ma3str0 joining the Busy Bees! @ma3str0 is another Hive member from Cape Town joining the Redfish!
My main drive this week is towards Fund Raising as detailed in the next bit.

I am raising some funds for a sick friend. Any donations, votes, tips or reblogs to this cause would be greatly appreciated! We are now at 78.5% raised!

The Basic Rules of Activity
Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time. If you go silent, you are moved to the inactive list.
Posting weekly is recommended.
Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!
There are a few accounts (like the top Minnows) that have gone inactive that I do NOT take down due to inactivity. This is mainly to give the active Minnows and Redfish something to aim at. It would also be really cool to see you guys catch up to these larger accounts due to your activity vs the inactivity of these accounts.
I shall try to do some post highlights, and I do this in reverse order of HP so we can incubate our new(and often young) users on Hive.

Group stats
The 53 members together were 70.61% of a whale last week, and now we are 54 members and are equal to 70.81% of a whale! We have passed 400,000HP!!!
The 2 Orca Accounts were equal to 30.59% of a Whale last week and are now equal to 30.73% of a Whale Account!
The 15 Dolphin Accounts were equal to 2.70 Orca Accounts, now they count as 2.70 Orcas!
The 26 Minnow Accounts last week were equal to 12.62 Dolphin Accounts and now we are equalling 12.70 Dolphin Accounts!
The 11 Redfish were equal to 3.55 Minnows, they are now 12 and equal to 3.69 Minnow Accounts!

Well-deserved SBI's on the way to @xenowolfza and @sommylove - I have a feeling we're going to start noticing the impact of the SBI's soon, it's one of those things that's really marginal at first and then creeps up on you until you realise it's adding value to every post.
Yeah those that earn the SBI's tend to have a propensity towards shooting up the ranks and out of those reward criteria that we have set here... but onwards towards independent success!
I feel that by pushing the bottom the whole time, we might actually see some rampant growth later on! As long as people keep going!
