Hive Underperfoming On Every Level - But There Is Hope

Not looking great
As pointed out on my last post, Hive is currently walking in the footsteps of Steem. If we don't see a change soon, Hive's price could be staying in the 20-30 cent level for years to come (with a brief uptick at the peak of the bull run). When we compare Hive to BTC and the ALT coin market, Hive is at All Time Lows.
- Here is HIVE/BTC: It is at an ATL - a complete loss in value when paired to BTC. While many coins have shared this fate, Hive is still in a downward trend.
- When comparing Hive to the Others chart (ALTs excluding BTC), Hive is also sitting at an ATL.
No wonder my portfolio is underperforming; Hive has been a terrible investment in the last 4 years. There is no sugar coating this. Again, many coins have printed a similar chart, but having invested in many top 100 projects would have prevented what is essentially an almost complete loss.

Hive needs to breakout in the "D" or "E" fractal points to recover some of the losses we have seen.
You say there is hope?
Yes, well, sort of I guess. When we look at the charts above we can see that Hive has generally reversed course when it hit the bottom. That is, of course, no guarantee, but it is... hope.
We now probably still have until winter and at most until summer of 2026 to make some serious gains. At best, it would look something like what happened in 2021, but action needs to happen soon. Time is clearly running out. The trend needs to break out of the descending wedge. When it does, I am sure that Hive will overperform, at least for a short time. It will probably be a good time to take some profits then, since we could be looking at a 3-4 year bear market after that...

All the coins other than BTC are performing well for their improvements except Hive token, hive is really under the value which it should have been.
It is getting a sad story....
A good and reveling post. The performance of the Hive price has been very disappointing and frustrating. In spite of that, we continue hanging around here.
I think Hive still has an opportunity to bounce back
As the expert traders will tell us - hope is not a strategy. I've given up hope in Hive. In that way I'll no longer be disappointed.
My truth is that I lost my fortune betting on Hive the past seven years. This bull market cycle only has about 60 days left. It's now or never for all alts, especially Hive.
Many sit in a similar boat. I have diversified as well.
Good strategy there by diversifying your portfolio. Sell Hive and buy larger cap alts to get more profit.
You are not alone what that.. that you have lost lot , this days I don't trust anyone here anymore in Hive world , not even any projects , not even that stupid LEO thing also 🙈🙈 funny to look how they pumped it up, and BOOM now they promoting it to users on Hive world to buy there expensive coins up 🙈🙈🙈 ... if f..k god you have it, sellit now 👌👌👌👍 ...
Hive is a great concept but the tokenomics and insider ethic seems to chase users away. Indeed it's no good asking us to buy LEO now at these inflated prices. Only that small group of LEO holders really got rich now while the rest of us Hive holders are suffering.

I agree, that in general there is still hope that Hive will hit a price which will cause people to think it's hit it's low and they will come buyn in large numbers. I think it's a good time to think this way and so I am adding to my stack. I am hoping to add a few thousand soon.

How about compared to TRON (TRX) since March 2020 ???
never even looked at tron because of Justin Sun's involvement... But yeah, sad story
