You Will Fail! .:. #MyHiveGoals 2023

I saw nice scenery (probably in my head) and said to my wife that I would like to take a photo of the beach... She told me... "The weather is ugly... No sun, it's cloudy and too dark... The photo will be bad..." My brain said immediately... Challenge accepted! 🤣 You can see the result in the photo below... It's not photoshopped or edited (except by adding the title and those logos over it)... Is it really ugly? :)

Not everyone has perfect parents that are "giving you wings" when you need them, and support you in everything you are doing... Many times, our parents think that they exactly know what is best for us and they want that we do exactly that... As a parent, I can confirm that we (they) really want only the best for our children... But, we definitely don't know EXACTLY what the child should do...

My parents, especially my father, knew what is best for us (his children) and he was "forcing" that all over the place... If we would do something differently, on our own will and way, we would get those, so encouraging words... "You will fail!" "That will never work out!" and if that would be like that, then we would receive that so famous... "I told you so!"...

But, after a while, you get used to that, and you get the power to INVERT those words in your favor... Try even harder to succeed, and give 100% to it just to prove that YOU CAN! And in the end, you DO IT! So, I suppose that it wasn't a bad way to "motivate" children to push harder, even without not knowing that you are doing it... 😀

It's time to go back to other numbers for #MyHiveGoals... In the beginning, let's check out HiveStats...

Those dark green bars should be a bit bigger, but that doesn't depend just on me... hehehe... Those are author and curation rewards... Curation rewards are more-less stable, but author rewards are going up and down, and all around... But, I created 5 posts last week, which is more than the average for me, so I'm happy... The rewards aren't too big, but I'm glad that there was a nice engagement on most of the posts... Thanks, guys for supporting my stuff! Trying to stick out from the crowd and help you (and ourselves) to focus on important things!

In the last 7 days, I have added 192 tokens to my Hive Power, which is 10 more than in my last #MyHiveGoals report! I'm still on the mission of getting another #HivePUM badge, so I'm powering up some HIVE every single day... As much as I can... The weekly goal is to get at least 200 tokens added to HP, but the ideal would be around 250... just to catch that monthly goal... 😃 I'll be there in a few months!

Finally, some good news is coming from the LEO Finance tribe! We saw some major announcements from the guys in charge about HivePower delegations dividends and future curation in the tribe... Because of that, the market reacted aggressively and the LEO price went up around 30-40% from the bottom where it was a week or two ago... Higher price means fewer LEO tokens from HP delegations, which leads to slower LEO Power growth for me... But, we will see...

I have added 47 LEO tokens to my stake in the past week, which is more than a week before... Not enough to reach my yearly goal, but better than before...

GAMING GOALS - Flexible Goals

Usually, I'm writing this post after attending the weekly Rising Star show on Twitch and having tons of fun in the AtomCollectorRecords Discord where you can chat with Hive musicians while you listen to their awesome music!!! All that, with a lot of GIFs and fun all around... It can be better than that! 😃

I'm still doing my 3 times per week, 12 packs openings, but I have noticed that I'm not moving in the rankings at all... That means that others are doing, or the same, or more than me... This means, that I will have to raise the bar and do more... 😂 I have added 103 NFTs in the last 7 days, and I have 10499 cards in total! Not bad at all...

As I mentioned in the last report, the price of the GLX token went under 1c which is ridiculously low if you ask me, but it will take time until the price bounces up to the value where it should be... I'm here for the long run and not thinking about selling any of my tokens for a while... The price went a bit up, and I have "slowed down" (if it can be called slowing down... 😂) with my purchases... This means that I didn't continue with crazy 1K tokens per day buys, but lowered that amount back to 300 as I was doing at the beginning...

In the last 7 days, I have added a bit over 6700 tokens to my stake... Building up those numbers is in progress... 😃

Unfortunately, I don't think so... I would like to think that it was because of that, but I doubt it... It was a bit "too much" and I suppose that many people would "break" in a similar situation... I'm glad that I'm "kind of normal" after all that... 🤣 😂 Normal, but with some serious issues with authorities, trust, etc... Don't know which emoji to put here... smiley or a sad one...

Parents are always concerned about kids, so maybe he was more open about his thoughts and as a kid it felt a bit rude. This happens but I think he has raised you much stronger and achiever in a positive sense.

Meanwhile, I stick to SPLD goals, I want to reach Gold I in WILD and I need a lot of CP.

That's for sure true... Was that possible to do in another way? Probably, but it is what it is... ;)

Meanwhile, I stick to SPLD goals, I want to reach Gold I in WILD and I need a lot of CP.

I reached my goals in SL, so I turned my attention to GLX... In SL, I'm in Diamond leagues and to go to the Champ, I would need to do a huge investment that I'm not comfortable doing at this moment... But, who knows what will happen tomorrow... :)

It depends on the parents thoughts toward kids and how they feels about their kids and knows best.

GLX looks good, but for me it will be a complete new investment and I don't have much. Currently, I focus on SPLD and waiting for CCCEO game to launch I had bought its pack a few days ago, and all the items will be gold foil for first 999 buyers.

Learning from the past, it depends a lot on the HIVE price... If something like LEO happens to HIVE and it pumps hard, it will be more difficult to accumulate... On the other side, I would like to see that happening, sacrificing my Hive goals for this year... 😂

If it pumps right now, it'd probs drop a bit as the market in general is so up and down. It could work out if you happen to time it right. I always keep a wee bit liquid just in case. I learned that lesson when it went over 3 bucks and I was 100% locked in lol

Oh, yeah... If we don't learn from past events, we will never thrive... 😂 I was doing as you before, and now, I try to have some liquid tokens always... If I can't "control" myself to do that, I put some funds into liquidity pools... so they are liquid when I want to act fast :)

First of all the photo is good , if the sun was there the view would be different do doubt 😬.
From last few months I am more consern about my hive power, to particular goals for this year but if this will go like this (if the price will not pump that much) then i can easily reach to 18k that is my assumption and a rough calculation. Still long way to go. From nest month I am also planning to power up daily, not 10 hp per day though 😅. I can manage to power up 1 up per day, let's se if i can manage to do that or not.

I insted have invested on Leo when Leo was equals to one hive 😉, let's hope Leo will pump soon more. Not gonna sell any but it feels good to see the value of your account 😁. Thanks for sharing your thoughts good day and have a great week ahead 🙏😊🎉

Huh, that hurts... But, if the guys from LEO keep their promise regarding buying back tokens, I think that LEO could go up a lot... maybe even more than HIVE... But, the issue is that there is the "trust" variable in it... I didn't invest by buying LEO tokens, but I was staking most of my earnings...

It's really kind of hard to really know the right way to teach children and honestly, I don't like the huge focus they had on studying to the point that I didn't have much time for anything else. Either way, I would always sneak away to play some games when they weren't home or playing in the middle of the night.

Parents do care for their kids so they always warn us before trying new things. They don't mean that we shouldn't succeed but they have more experience than us and according to that they say those things. But time, technology change so fast that the things which were impossible at their time might not be this time. There's no harm in listening to them first and then have a healthy discussion.
I will also check this hivestats website.
