Will you require any presidential candidate to be Pro-Crypto before they can earn your Vote? And is that a Smart Move?

Will you require any presidential candidate to support your right to Bitcoin before they can earn your vote? And is that a Smart Move?

From the screenshot above you would see that 84% of people who voted for that poll said YES including me, But I later got to thinking and a lot of questions popped into my head but I will mention a few starting with this question, what if the presidential candidate claimed to be pro-crypto just to gain votes from crypto community voters as his or her campaign strategy? What if the pro-crypto presidential candidate is underqualified and the non-crypto is the best man or woman for that office? What experience about running a country does the pro-crypto have? Does he or she take crypto seriously after the election is over?

Some people think that it is important for the presidential candidates to support their right to use Bitcoin before they can vote for them, in their minds presidential candidates supporting crypto for them means the world to them, because being pro-crypto makes him or her running for office one of us and the right person for the job. But think about it, we already have a right to Bitcoin and it does not need endorsement from any leader to survive or be relevant.

So I would rather vote for a presidential candidate that supports the infrastructures that would make the country a better place to live in whether pro-crypto or not, the infrastructures am talking about is good medical health care, a better economy of the country, someone blessed with innovative ideas to solve the country's problems, for those from my country someone who would give us good electricity, roads, security e.t.c, if the person turns out to be pro-crypto then that is a huge plus. Bitcoin is connected to financial freedom and autonomy which is fundamental to freedom in general, Politicians who value freedom should value Bitcoin as well, I would love to know your opinion in the comment section.

Even if a candidate assured me they respected the right of gay couples to defend their drug factories with machine guns and sell it for crypto, and to do so without any licenses, permits, or taxes, I don't think I'd vote. Politicians lie.

IF I were to vote, which I am likely not... I would be more inclined to say that I for sure wouldn't vote for a candidate who was openly anti crypto.
