The Cut In Silence

First of all sorry for being AWOL my family has come down with COVID and it has been a battle for the past month and now I have it too! While my previous transformations were done loudly and shared in real time with progress posts and gym selfies I decided to do this one in silence driven not by likes but by internal grit. Over the past several months, I’ve been quietly grinding through my workout for this cut, and pushing myself through some unexpected life detours.

Originally, I had planned to compete at the I Compete Natural Championships in April. The prep started early, and the discipline was locked in. Calories were tracked, cardio was ramped and I was fully committed to bringing my best package to the stage. But as life often does, it threw some personal curveballs my way. For reasons I won’t unpack here, stepping on stage wasn’t possible this time.

I made a decision then and there if I couldn’t step on that stage in April, I’d keep going. I’d hold the cut, refine the physique further and aim for the next opportunity. the work is never wasted. Every day of clean eating, every fasted cardio session, every night I chose sleep over scrolling it all builds a strong foundation.

COVID hit and for the past month, it's been a slow crawl through fatigue, coughing and disrupted routines. Training was minimal at best but I am sharing the update anyway. So if you’re looking at the images attached to this post, this is me with no pump, no gym lighting, no filters. Just the result of months of consistent work and silent discipline. This is what the cut has delivered so far, raw and real.
