Is All Fair In Political Warfare? My current experiences

You might recall a few weeks ago I made a post about Victoria Police attending my property trying to serve orders and rah rah rah. I couldn't say much at the time because things were in train. Alot has happened since then and I can release a little more information in way of an update.

You might recall my partner who is a registered nurse ran for local government in 2020 and was successfully elected by the majority and she has served tirelessly to get outcomes for the people. She ran again in 2024 and was re elected again having one of the highest primary votes.

Not only was the election celebrated but she managed to spook her own party, give the MPs are all sitting on 40% and she managed a whopping 63%, which means a local can unseat a sitting MP. It has set off a chain of events that have resulted with things that you read about in conspiracy novals. None of which we will repeat here at this time.

But ultimately a number of her councillor colleagues went to the police and courts and in what I allege, lied to them about what I have done to them to get intervention orders on me. They have since continued to try and breach me which would make things criminal.

Police Got Over It

After some back and forth, Victoria Police kinda got over it and saw it for what it was, a political hit. But I still haven't been able to leave my home in months due to fear as there were some other matters that have occurred.

Don't get me wrong, we've had plenty of calls from the community to "take care of it" but you can't do that in this situation and being violent means you are no better than the other person. Things need to be handled the right way.

A Small Win

Today we had a small win where my partner represented me in court and we successfully won to have the item revoked, we will need to return next month but based on the evidence I provided the magistrate agreed to have it revoked.

While we are not out of the woodworks just yet, this is a positive step forward.

Argh, the drama's when a common person rises up in politics...
