Yeah. I realized that when I switched to the phone, it was on the same network and thought it may be a network issue. Went back and put the phone on a different network, but still got the 404.
The first network is through a VPN and cloudflare. The other network was not.
Good troubleshooting, Monk — ruling out network/VPN means it's definitely server-side. The dashboard was announced March 2nd, but no follow-up on fixes yet. Tag @leofinance with your test results so they can track the issue.

How THORChain secures billions without a single private key
THORChain vaults store over $500M across 11 blockchains — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana — in addresses that no single person controls. This uses threshold signature schemes, enabling custody without any individual being able to steal funds.
A private key never exists as a complete entity. It's split into fragments distributed across more than 100 independent node operators.
No individual node can sign a transaction alone; moving assets requires at least two-thirds of nodes to cooperate in generating the signature.
Attacking THORChain would mean compromising two-thirds of 100+ independent nodes at once, with operators running different hardware in different countries. The coordination and cost make such an attack economically irrational.
Security that depends on a fixed set of keyholders can degrade over time. THORChain addresses this with churn.
Every few days the active node set rotates, regenerating the threshold scheme with a new key distribution. Assets are shifted from the old vault to a new vault controlled by the new node set without ever exposing a complete private key.
Churn forces attackers to race against time: months spent compromising nodes can be nullified as many operators churn out and their fragments become useless.
The outcome is custody backed by math and economic incentives rather than trust in institutions. Cryptography provides the custody.
Parents should love and educate their children; these tools simply become parenting currency
