I don’t even know how I would short it. Shortselling and longing interfaces are way too complicated for me. I have no clue so I don’t touch it.
Shorting "it" would need liability platforms... which by its terms are already an area of "you need to be comfortable losing money" and trusting "4th parties" (exacerbating).
In the old days, these platforms were easily non-KYC and that was really amazing to try via crypto (if you knew it was not your money).
Nowadays, that experience has totally deteriorated (in my view).
To have fun, you either use a "fake" thing or you have to use a platform that does you "nothing" in terms of "you will win something if you are good/having fun".
I have thought about this thing for a while... a few times at least. And I figured I can't control the level of excitement/unhappiness, so it's irrelevant for me to try to use that as a tool to teach people. Even if for me it's still a tool.
