That's a ridiculous amount to lose! It seems that leo.bounties consistently skips payments for most users (myself inclusive). This is also an issue with other services that provide rewards for delegations, but they always ensure that missed payments are returned. With InLeo, it appears to take a lot of effort to get it fixed. I hope you'll get your due payments, and if not, then they deserve to lose your substantial delegation.

However there will be no market to sell it for a dollar right away.
