Being a woman in the crypto era.

avatar

These days, it’s not uncommon to see women actively involved in the crypto space—not just supporting it but also building, innovating, and leading. Many are project founders, hold significant positions, contribute to education, and inspire others by setting an example. Success is possible for everyone.

In this post, I’ll share some of my personal feelings and challenges. I hope that everyone can have access to an easy path through life, though I understand that opportunities often depend on where one is born and raised. Unfortunately, not everyone has equal chances in life.

I’ve always found myself struggling to make time. It never seemed enough, and I was constantly searching for ways to make everything possible. From a young age, I took on responsibilities—sometimes even those of others—just to ensure things got done.

One thing I’ve learned is that there is always a way to reach a goal. Yes, there is always a way and always a solution. Sometimes, it may not be fair to you, but that’s just life.

I’ve often wondered: What if I had more time? More support? What if I had thought differently back then? Many things about my present might have been different.

Why Do You Think That Is It More Challenging for Women?

Women naturally have an instinct to care for others. Whether this is innate or culturally reinforced, we tend to be highly attentive to our families—our younger siblings, partners, and later, our children. Even our work can feel like something that needs to be nurtured. This leaves little time for ourselves—to rest, to recharge, and even less to go the extra mile by learning, researching, volunteering, or developing new skills.

As we grow older, this care and responsibility only expand along with our families and commitments. Yet, despite these challenges, we still strive to learn, grow, and stay informed.

How can we change this? By truly respecting and integrating equality into our lives. By ensuring that everyone—regardless of gender—has access to education and opportunities in all aspects of life.

If more bright minds—especially women who may be held back—had the chance to thrive, they could bring their creativity, passion, and knowledge to the world.

And that, I believe, could make the world a much better place.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to (read) my thoughts.

I think it’s great that you good help to spread the importance and need to have some crypto.

Women could make things look less complicated and easier to approach by newbies. I wish there would be more women in crypto advocates.

"Unfortunately, not everyone has equal chances in life" I can relate!
I'm a newbie and feel lost in crypto stuff, as you wrote getting the extra mile is a hard challenge some times that requires a little help and support to make easier to be introduced in this world.

I don't know who you are, but reading the comments it seems that you're a coach on this matter? I'll visit your blog after posting this.

Hi Nat, thank you very much for dropping by and commenting.
I am in the crypto space since 2017, and I also often feel lost seeing how quickly everything moves! I really dont know what I would do if I joined now.

My advice is to take your time and to not want to learn everything at once. It is not possible.
You are lucky because there is lots of information online now, that were not easy to find back then.

If you have any questions and you think i could help please shoot me
